Of course, this part of the coastal strip of the Tunisian Gulf of the Mediterranean Sea can only be called a beach with a very big stretch. There is no beach infrastructure, it is extremely dirty and there is absolutely no desire to use the beach. As a matter of fact, Khalq el Oued (aix La Goulet) is a non-tourist area, but an industrial one, in which the huge port of the Tunisian capital is located. So there is nothing surprising in the fact that this beach is not for tourist attention...
