We stayed for one night, comfortable rooms and delicious buffet breakfasts. The friendly staff, although they do not speak Russian, but with the help of a Google translator, they were able to settle in and explain themselves. There are few parking spaces right in front of the hotel, but there are plenty of spaces above the road right behind it. There are ATMs near the hotel.

The room is medium in size and facilities. You expect more from 5*. Pros: friendly English-speaking staff; quick check-in; delicious breakfast, beyond praise, for me a huge plus is the presence of a gym with a treadmill, where I was able to do my workout.

We stayed at this chain hotel for one night on our way to Cappadocia. Overall, it's a good standard option, but it's clear that the hotel is a little "tired". There are minor flaws in the interior: some are smeared, some show traces of leaks. It's a solid four, but it certainly doesn't pull in five stars. The room is standard, without frills, typical for a chain hotel. Breakfast is also standard: scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese. Unfortunately, the selection is small, and it was difficult for me to find something to my liking. One of the advantages is the outdoor swimming pool on the third floor. However, it's very small, so we decided not to use it. The location is not bad, but the center is about 5 km away, so I had to take an Uber. The staff is friendly and diligent, the service is at a good level. The ironing board, for example, arrived in 5 minutes. The mini-bar is paid, there is a standard set: water, tea, coffee. Wi-Fi is stable and fast. A significant disadvantage is that the reception refused to change euros for lira, they sent it to the bank, although their exchange rate was fixed. This is especially strange, considering that the staff member who greets the guests recommended applying for an exchange at the reception. I recommend it for a short stop.

I stayed with my son for 4 days. The employees are very caring and friendly, our sparkling brothers. Thank you especially to the restaurant staff. Breakfast was successful , the building was well maintained, the rooms were clean, the only problem was the smell in the hallway of the floor. Jul. I thought the reason was the carpets. I don't know if it's on every floor or not. I think we stayed on the 11th or 12th floor and our stay was 4 days. I would recommend a hospitable hotel. It was very kind for the breakfast we missed to be served for free anyway, and thank you to our young brothers 😇

The rooms are pretty shabby, the furniture is worn, the carpet is dirty and worn in places, the doors are shabby, the curtains are sliding off their hinges. When I entered the room, I was shocked, because the hotel is rated at 5 stars. The sound insulation is very poor. There are very few places in the underground parking, if you arrive in the evening it will be difficult to find a place. The breakfasts are good, but the restaurant is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are poorly wiped, the chairs are dirty and streaked. The service is very poor.

We have stayed at the Novotel in the past years and were very satisfied. But we were not satisfied with the restaurant this Sunday at all.A friend of ours ordered a schnitzel and soup.The two arrived at the same time, and the schnitzel was most likely cooked before and reheated and served, because it was hard.Our meatball order was also very tasty.Novotel is a very good choice just for accommodation,but I would like to point out that the quality of service and food in the restaurant is quite poor compared to the price.
