We were surprised, in Dubai, Russian cuisine is presented by them at the highest level, classic dishes are a pleasure + a fantastic location for fountains and shows. Like everything in Dubai, it's expensive)

In Dubai, apparently, you can break everything, if in Moscow Novikov can be said to be the guarantor of sane service and cuisine. Then everything is exactly the opposite. Mediocre dishes for a high price, coffee is worse than at Lukoil gas stations.
Of the advantages, only a good view of the fountains.
