Good afternoon, I rested at this hotel with my children on 26.08- 02.09. In general, I am happy with my rest, but I will not go to this hotel anymore. Firstly, I have already been there, and secondly, I will now describe all the pros and cons of the hotel.
The sea and beaches are definitely 5, two beaches, one deeper, there is all the animation, the other is shallow for children, a little mud near the shore, it is not critical. The food is not Wow, but it's fine, you won't stay hungry. Alcohol is terrible. Meals 4. Room at the hotel. I got a good one, the cleaning is disgusting, I put it for number 4. The territory and the slides 4. I liked that the rescuers were watching the slides. Animation for children is a bit weak, you can say it's not there for this 3. We arrived late in the evening, checked in quickly, and the next morning the rooms were changed to be near everyone. The rooms are clean, large, cleaning every day, water.
The territory of the hotel is very large, lots of greenery, everything is beautifully decorated.
The food is decent, everyone will find something to eat, they will not stay hungry.
The beaches are clean , there was enough space for everyone, even though there were a lot of us, the sun beds were all nearby.
The water in the sea is clean, warm, the lifeguard sits on the beach all day. It is comfortable for both adults and children .

The husband, wife and child of 4.5 years had a family vacation on June 16-29. Air 42, water 28. It's a little hot... I liked everything except the attitude of the staff. We were far from the only ones who felt a biased (negative) attitude towards Russians and Russian speakers. Not all the staff had friendly people, but there were much fewer of them.
I read earlier comments about changing the number. I was mentally ready that they didn't give me a good one right away. But the fact that we will get into a normal room from the 6th time!!! Reasons for changing numbers:the refrigerator was leaking, the air conditioner was broken, the pipe was leaking from the siphon under the sink, the drain was clogged (b/w 3 minutes of the shower you stand ankle-deep in water), water was flowing from under the toilet. We wrote about the view of the working air conditioners, the construction site and the roadway earlier in the comments.
You have to be mentally prepared to change the number, you need money or a scandal. They do not accept requests from well-mannered and intelligent people.
Also a shock was the availability of free WiFi only on the beach. Do you want to enjoy the Internet in your room?!?! Pay at the reception or buy a SIM card. Nonsense.
The Council:

Food: good, varied. I enjoyed having lunch at the food court on the beach.
Excursions: please do not rush to take excursions from your tour operator's guide. Find out the prices from other guides. You can overpay 2-3 times. N-r: a trip to the Luxor suite + banana island was given $ 150 ($75 for adults + children for free), instead of $ 265($105 for adults+$55 for children)
Store: there is a Metro grocery store nearby. On the opposite side of the street, between the entrances to the old and new Seagull.

There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous. After 7 days, we realized that our appetite was gone and we wanted other flavors. Alcohol is almost all the same taste, whiskey and Coke rule. But take your alcohol with you, it was not superfluous. We recommend not to take a transfer back, but to take a taxi at the reception. You'll get there faster, and you won't have to stop at the souvenir shop. This is their mandatory program at the end. The staff at the hotel is helpful and always ready to help. Due to the fact that it is very noisy and they honk constantly, then in the evenings most often, as the sun sets and the city came to life. Honestly, it didn't bother us and we slept great. The room was large, there were 3 beds, a safe, a kettle, 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water were given every day, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, TV.
2. The service staff wants money for everything, the suitcase was brought to the room, let's give money so that they clean well, you also need to leave money. When we left for the airport, I saw the scales. So that your suitcase is weighed, please pay $ 1 and then probably also from each.
And so the rooms are cleaned to the dump, something was swept and wiped with a mop. The child ran barefoot, his feet were always black, especially after the balcony. There were 2 adults and 1 child in the room, we had to give 3 sets of towels. They almost always gave 2, once they gave one set at all, so I had to run and ask for more. Most often they are cleaned at 15:50-16:30, if you have a small child, it turns out to be in the very dream. There were often do not disturb signs, since cleaning was not done in the morning, but almost everyone with children on the floor, even we did so on the penultimate day to sleep normally.
3. Breakfast food, always the same, buns, toast, falafel, beans, sausages, omelette, fried eggs, pancakes, butter, cheese. They have very tasty croissants and rolls in sprinkles there, they took them with them to the beach.
Lunch was always held near the beach in a restaurant. There were 2 soups to choose from, not always delicious, French fries, burgers or chicken kebabs, noodles and Asian-style chicken, white, yellow or pink rice, pizza and pasta with bechamel or tomato sauce.
Dinner is almost the same as lunch.
The fruits were given melon, it is not tasty, since they are out of season. Watermelon was carried along the beach for money, but they said it was also out of season.
Apples, oranges and dates are also not any.
Only the grapes were delicious.
Of the drinks, they drank only Cola, fanta and sprite. They took white wine, it's impossible to even drink it.
When we got tired of all this food, we went to McDonald's in the city, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to it.
Also, if you come to rest for more than 5 days, they give you a piece of paper to visit a fish restaurant. Well, what can I say is expectation / reality. The second photo shows what they will bring you. The fish is overcooked, the squid rings are rubber, the shrimps are not very good either. And fillet fish is given here all the time. Since the sea is red and there are few fish here. Then, accordingly, there is not much choice. Sometimes she even gave it to Tina.
4. About the beach.
We went to occupy sun beds at 6:30 in the morning, so that there would be 2-3 rows, the first rows were already occupied even at that time. But when they left, they took the first row. Most likely it depends on the number of people in the hotels.
We went to the beach, which was at the new building, the old one was small, and it was even dirty, the bulls and tina swam (this is who wants to visit our resorts).
We didn't go to the pools, so I can't say what and how.
As for the towels, they are not changed as they should be every day. And it turns out that you exchanged the cards for towels and only when you leave you hand over the towels and they give you these cards. By this time, the towels are already stacked with salt. Maybe if you give money, they will change it. But not like this.
The animation was from 10 a.m. on the beach, they started dancing. Then everyone was invited to aquagymnastics, after lunch there was yoga. The foam party takes place on Sundays, was once on the beach, another time by the pool.
5. The territory is large, well-groomed, flowers were always watered in the morning, bushes were trimmed, fallen leaves were removed, sand was swept. There is a mini zoo with birds, they are already well-fed there, the children always bring them bread. Also in this area. The playground is already so dead and the club for children, we did not go to it. Since he was 3 years old.
There is also a shop on the territory, in the old building, where they bought all kinds of cosmetics made locally by Hefertiti, a very pleasant seller and if you take a lot of everything, he will offer a discount or some products as a gift.
Having also read the reviews, we took clothespins and a rope, tea and coffee with us. And they didn't regret it. And they also took their own mugs, since for breakfast the mugs are small, 125ml each, you can't get too drunk from them.

Yes, the sand, but not like in Anapa, is large. Going into the sea with a seashell, my legs hurt. There are enough sun beds, but they are already so old and unpleasant. There is a lot of food, but it is monotonous, after three days everything gets boring. The food is tasteless. But you won't be hungry. The staff practically does not speak Russian, which is also a minus. When we arrived, the hotel was not hospitable, they did not explain where the intercepting bars were. I had to buy food in a cafe. Check-in after 14. It's inconvenient, we get tired with the flight. It's the same with driving. In general, you can visit once, but we will not go there anymore.

The beach is wonderful, but as in our south - you need to get up early and take a sun lounger, otherwise you will lie far from the sea and will not find two at once.
The food is quite varied, if you know how to combine foods, you have never been hungry, and in general you liked everything. In my opinion, it is less diverse than in Turkey, but more delicious.
Only beer is made from alcohol, it's better not to try the rest.
