The next day I came - I was required to submit registration for all days of my stay in Uzbekistan, be prepared for this too if you are here for more than 15 days. An hour later they approved it, an hour later they issued the card, and 15 minutes later it was activated. The app is nice, but sometimes it hangs and sometimes it is buggy. Unfortunately, I was never able to pay with this card for a mobile connection from uztelecom - the uztelecom application did not accept the bank card number in principle, and the banking application issued some kind of inepical error every time I tried to pay through it (fortunately I have a card from another bank, otherwise it would be fatal). There are really long queues at the ticket office, a life hack is to go there on Sunday, at this time there are no people there. It is frustrating that they do not have their own ATMs, that is, they will have to withdraw cash with interest. Well, the fact that there may be something wrong to say or not to know is a feature of many people here, regardless of their type of activity.

On October 23, 2022, I made myself an Anor Black multicurrency card for 500,000soums. And I was very sorry.
The app is terrible! Don't open your cards here! All the time something is not working, "error, try later", "the server is not working". Inside the application, 2 out of 3 times I cannot convert rubles into bags.
Sometimes the accounts of this card disappear from the application altogether.
I tried to pay with this card in a store in Tashkent - an incorrect transaction was rejected. It was necessary to pay in sums, there were rubles on the card. In short, the horror! I withdraw money from the cash register and run away from this bank!
Addendum:
I arrived at the office on November 8, 2022. 2 girls at the reception tried to exchange rubles for me in their bags in my application. We ran back and forth a lot, were distracted (a lot of people, everyone is asking something).
I call the 1290 hotline and tell it all over again from the beginning. They say on the phone: "wait, we're trying to disassemble and blah blah blah." After 5 minutes, the call is simply reset. Very convenient :D
Then I decided to just withdraw all the money from the card at the checkout. But it is no longer possible to exchange rubles into bags at the checkout (they said only until 17).
OK, we try to withdraw rubles at the checkout - "the PIN code is not correct." I change the PIN code in the application - the same thing. I go to the reception - they advise me to first do a "reset of the pin code counter" (xs, what is it?). At the reception, we check whether the new PIN code works. It seems OK. I'm going back to the cashier. While I'm waiting again, I'm trying to exchange rubles for soums in the application. And my God, SUCCESS!
I withdraw all the money from the cash register and go into the sunset. Never to return :D
