The card is not issued to anyone here, an application for a debit card will be considered by the bank on average from 3 to 5 business days.
I got a call on Thursday saying that the card was approved and I could get it.
Arriving the next day, I was faced with a huge queue, there were already about 30 people.
The queue was divided into those who apply and to whom the card was approved.
After waiting for our turn, we filled out the data again, cards in 4 currencies for a non-resident of the country cost 500 thousand amounts.
After payment, it is necessary to wait for the production of the card, its embossment takes place right at the branch, the waiting time is about 1 hour.
After receiving the card, I advise you to ask for help to install the application and add the card, install a pincode, + open a virtual card so that, for example, you can transfer money to yourself from another bank, open foreign currency accounts.
The service and attitude towards customers are normal, they try to answer every question, even if they do not know the answer (this often happens here)
The bank as a whole looks very good, the interior is beautiful 👌🏼
It is frustrating that the Master Card is not accepted everywhere in Uzbekistan itself.
Of the disadvantages, I would also highlight the fact that an SMS confirmation is required to transfer between your accounts, if the operation exceeds 100,000 amounts and the commission for cash withdrawals at each ATM is 1% of the withdrawal amount, they do not have their own ATMs.
In general, this is a young bank, they are only 2 years old, I hope they will fix minor mistakes soon.

They find fault with everything. The correspondence was deleted on its own twice. This is some kind of hell!
The code word was asked to be rewritten twice.
At first it turned out that it was mandatory in Latin, and then it was mandatory with a small letter. Excuse me, but when I tell the operator verbally, does he determine the register and layout by ear?
Because of these little things, ridiculous questions take longer to be solved! You're exhausting your nerves!
Why the hell did I spend a lot of time and money if I can't use all the features I paid for?
As a result, I figured it out myself once again! It turns out that you can only top up from your wallet, not from your card. This could be said on the spot, without asking for a full name, passport, phone number, code word and so on!!!!!!!!
