I'll give you an A, although I won't say that everything was perfect, but the big advantages more than outweigh the small disadvantages. The main advantage, of course, is the location of the hotel: there is a tram stop 10 meters from the hotel, you pass two stations and you are on the subway. It is convenient that both in the subway and on the tram there is a silver card, you buy, top up and go everywhere in Dubai, it's not difficult to figure it out. Near two embankments Dubai Marina and JBR beach, 10 minutes on foot, Dubai Marina Mall is visible right from the window, there are plenty of cafes, shops, pharmacies, an exchange office nearby, at the nearest intersection across the street from the supermarket (the reception will tell you) everything is visible on the Yandex map, even a taxi can be called by Yandex taxi and pay from Russian maps (the guide said they didn't use it themselves). There is a small supermarket right next to the hotel, it has everything you need, I even took a small package of detergent for the washing machine in the room, for a penny (3 dirhams or something), I have not seen such packages in a large supermarket. Now about the room: the four of us have 140 m2, the 10th floor has a stunning view of the Dubai Marina (from the side window there is even a view of the Rixos Hotel, and beyond it the Persian Gulf) three toilets, its own kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and dishes, there is a washing machine, an ironing board and a dryer in a separate room, a huge balcony. The bed linen is clean, the beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. The hotel has its own small restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served (as in our case). The food is buffet style, the choice is small, but everything is very tasty and you definitely won't stay hungry. We even went without lunch, had breakfast and dinner during the day, and that was enough for us :) The staff is very friendly, there are few Russian speakers and they are not always present at the reception, so we remember school English, which is usually enough to understand each other :))) Now a little bit about the cons, the hotel is tired and of course we would like to refresh it, but we are not picky and everything is normal for us. The second disadvantage is that there were misunderstandings with cleaning. At first, everything seems to be there, and then bam and they don't put down what they have to put down every day... once even the toilet paper ran out (initially, for some reason, it wasn't hung enough), I had to contact the reception. Apparently, they scolded the staff for this (the Indians who cleaned our place) We were told in response that we should contact them personally with such requests, and not complain to the reception....It's fun, isn't it? Should I go look for where they are in the hotel? They didn't wash the floors well, they came a couple of times in the evening when we were already in the room, although we hadn't been there all day before and there was a sign on the door that the room needed to be cleaned (I suspect that this was done intentionally so as not to clean the room, because in such a situation cleaning is most often refused). They left tips, though.

In order: 1. Location - fire! It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. Marina is across the street, I don't want to go for a walk. It took us a while to find the entrance, but that's because we didn't know the nuances, namely: the entrance is located on the Plaza Level. That is, you need to climb the steps, so to speak, into the courtyard :) The territory, by the way, is wonderful. There is a convenience store, a cafe, and pharmacies right next to the hotel. There's a McDonald's on the next street, and there's a good money exchanger nearby. It is also important to note that the hotel is located right next to the tram stop - very convenient. 2. Room: spacious, clean, but tired :) Beds, sofas and appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, stove, oven) - zero complaints, everything works. The furniture is clean, the mattresses are not sagging, everything is comfortable. The equipment is as good as new. But the repair itself is outdated, but nothing critical. No technical complaints, only visually the eye is not very happy)) This small disadvantage is more than compensated by the advantages. Cleaning - without complaints, every day. They leave all sorts of necessities: slippers, shaving and toothbrushing whales, washcloths, and so on. 3. The staff are wonderful, helpful people. We are always ready to help, everyone is very pleasant. 4. Food - no frills, but you won't stay hungry. We took breakfasts and dinners. Yes, the selection is small, but at the same time everything is quite satisfying and delicious, we liked it. 5. Additional notes :) The pool is nice, clean, but shallow - the maximum depth is 1.20 meters. By the pool, of course, there are sun beds with umbrellas, towels are provided. There is a place to change clothes and a toilet. And a cooler with water, by the way. The pool area offers a wonderful view of the Marina. The beach near JBR is public, so it's worth considering that local people go there to have fun. The contingent is different... But nothing critical. There are toilets and changing rooms. Summary: a cool hotel, with an amazing location and at the same time quite budget. I recommend it 100%.

Nice hotel! Even though it's an old renovation. Friendly staff. The breakfasts are very tasty. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and this is in a studio room. The metro is within walking distance, but you can walk about 1.5 km by tram, it's right next to the hotel. The pool's opening hours are short, and it closes at 7:30 p.m. The beach is relatively nearby, and there are a lot of people even out of season. The rooms are spacious, 2 toilets, and it's all in a one-room suite. There are two entrances to the reception from the courtyard of the second floor, from the main street through the parking lot. I want to add after the rest, not everything is as smooth as it turned out. They cleaned up anyway, there were 3 of us, but they put 2 bottles of water, although they repeatedly said. The rooms are damp and not newly renovated. There are no Russian channels, at least news. Amateur breakfasts. The most important thing and what annoyed me the most was the late cleaning!!!!!

Two adults and 3 children stayed at this hotel at the end of April. We arrived early in the morning and were already at the hotel at 8 a.m. We were immediately checked in, we didn't have to wait until 14:00. It is very convenient to stay with a large family or company. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Cleaning every day, water and tea supplies were replenished every day. The staff is polite, attentive, and helpful. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. We only had breakfast. For breakfast, you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs, sausages, cucumbers, salad, croissants, pancakes. Fruits include watermelon, melon, and orange.There's not a lot of breakfast, but you won't stay hungry. There is a shop next to the hotel where you can buy all the necessary products, and a McDonald's is a 5-minute walk away. JBR Beach is a 10-minute walk away. You can walk along the embankment to the Ferris wheel. Tickets for the wheel are sold right there at the box office, there is no queue or on the official website. There is a tram stop opposite the hotel.The metro is also nearby. There are 2 stops by tram to the metro, the cost is 3 dirhams.It can also take 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, but it's hard in the heat. We stayed at this hotel with my friend in December 2024. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and were offered to change our clothes and go to the pool while we were waiting for the room. We did so, and we were given towels by the pool. It was very pleasant to relax in the warm water after the flight. We were checked into the room even earlier than the scheduled time. At first, however, we were offered the second floor, the room seemed very dark to us, the view from the window was on the neighboring buildings. We contacted Guest Relation Ekaterina at the reception and our issue was quickly resolved, they gave us a room with a beautiful view of Dubai Marina. Ekaterina also quickly helped us solve all the other issues. When booking, we did not take into account that these apartments have rooms with only one large bed, but since there is a sofa in the living room, we asked for bed linen. Everything was quickly brought and made up. It was also my birthday, and again thanks to Ekaterina, there was a cake, congratulations and a decorated bed waiting for us in the room in the evening, it was very pleasant. The hotel itself is located in a very posh location, near Dubai Marina, near JBR beach, which is pleasant to walk along the shopping and entertainment boardwalk The Walk for 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a tram stop right at the exit of the hotel, after passing three stops you can take the metro. This is not our first time in Dubai, and we travel to all the attractions by public transport on our own, so it was very convenient. Near the hotel there is a 24x7 grocery store, a pharmacy, a bunch of cafes and restaurants. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle), a set of all necessary utensils, an iron with ironing board and a clothes dryer. In general, we decided for ourselves that if we were going to fly to Dubai again, we would only stop here.

Grocery store at the entrance to the hotel. Beautiful pool with sun beds and towels. By the way, the hotel provides towels and an umbrella for the beach. It's all free. The rooms are clean, cleaned normally. Every day we put different accessories (toothbrushes, all sorts of small things), as well as tea, coffee, etc., and drinking water. The accommodation was equipped with meals: breakfast and dinner were well fed (beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc.), as well as delicious desserts and drinks. There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception, Katya, you will not be lost without knowledge of English. If you go to Dubai, then only to this hotel! Everything is very convenient, close and comfortable!

Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, and many supermarkets (in special departments, even during Ramadan, they sold pork and even alcohol in one place). The kitchen is good, but the dishes are VERY modestly equipped: for 4 people there are three normal forks and one giant, 4 tall glasses and 2 low, shallow and deep plates, but not a single salad bowl. A frying pan on which absolutely everything sticks. 2 pans of 7 liters and 9 liters. One small ladle. The hand washing gel is screwed in the bathrooms, we wanted to move it from 3 toilets to the kitchen, but we couldn't))). There was no hair balm. The hair dryer was only available in one bedroom, and just like the hand gel, it was tightly screwed in the drawer of the dresser, without the possibility of transferring anywhere.

We lived on the 10th floor. For 2 families, we had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets with a shower, a common room, a kitchen, a toilet without a shower, a laundry room, an ironing room, a veranda and a balcony. The kitchen is technically well equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. But the normal forks are 3 for 4 people and one huge one. There were also 3 glasses. There were slippers. Napkins, hand gel, shampoos, and some small hygiene items were brought almost every day. But the hand gel is screwed on, they wanted to move it to the kitchen. It didn't work out. There was no hair balm, but there was body lotion. Despite the fact that the hotel was located on a busy road, it was comfortable to have breakfast and dinner on the veranda. The tram stops almost at the entrance to the hotel. The marina is nearby and was visible in 3 places between the houses. Cafe on the shore of the Marina. Marina Dubai Mall via Marina, 10 minutes walk away. We had carrefour and allday supermarkets nearby, but you can't see them from the road, you need to look on the map, they are located on the 3rd floor from the sidewalk, if you look, it looks like above the parking lot and those floors.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, took a room with 3 bedrooms. In general, I liked everything, of course there were small shoals. Now in more detail: 1) The apartments were cleaned every day. Dubai Marina promenade is 10 minutes away. 4) There is a small swimming pool. There is no gym 5) When booking a hotel in Yandex.travel and in the voucher, the tax amount was 90 dirhams upon check-in, but upon arrival we paid 180 dirhams. It was a little unpleasant 6) The room had everything for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishes, kitchen appliances, air conditioners, 4 toilets. In general, I can recommend this hotel!

A lovely hotel with large rooms, good service and a convenient location. We checked in 2 hours before our arrival, for which we thank you very much. I'm lowering the star because of the ants in the kitchen. When I asked why they were there, the reception said it was because of the vegetation below, but everyone understands perfectly well that it wasn't because of the vegetation. They promised to spray me with chemicals. I don't know if they sprayed it or not, but the ants didn't go away. The food was stored only in the refrigerator. The room was on the 2nd floor.

Nice hotel. The only negative is the modest breakfasts. But it is compensated by an excellent location, near the tram stop, Marina Mall, a bunch of cafes and shops. Well, huge rooms for a large company - very convenient! There is a swimming pool, but because of the surrounding skyscrapers, the sun does not stay there for long. But the beach is 7 minutes on foot.
