The interior is cool. The toilet is clean. The alcohol service is very cool. The food was waited for more than an hour. And there were only beer plates. Yes, and completely different croutons, made of different bread and with different cheese, they did not understand what was what, they did not ask, these croutons were not at all! We ordered more tinctures, brought 2, ordered 5)) in short, they bring it, then more, then less, then from another dough))) They asked us to find out what could be faster from the dishes than 40 minutes of waiting, so they did not answer anything. They asked for the bill and left. Will we come back again? More likely yes than no. But if there is such a "farce" again, then don't set foot there anymore!

When we came in the afternoon (it so happened that we got to Brest on May 9), there were no seats, but there was a soldier's porridge nearby, very tasty, so we ate, booked a table at 19:00 (to eat and have time to watch the lamplighter) and left. We arrived a little earlier, the pre-order was made, as we were warned that there would be a long wait without it, and one of us had to eat at a certain time, besides rushing to the lamplighter. At 19:00, nothing was served to us. Closer to 19:15, after explaining that one of those present had a very important reason to eat at a certain time, they brought one portion of food. At 19:34, they brought 2 servings of beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes (for two guests, that is, more than half an hour later, the order was given 3 out of 6). And these two portions were cold. The receptionist said that they do not warm up before serving, all the dishes are fresh and prepared for the guest. Considering that both taleks were with absolutely cold mashed potatoes and barely warm meat (the plates themselves were also cold, which the administrator checked), it means they were just standing at the distribution and they were not brought to us. There was a banquet in the next room, maybe it had an effect (although it's strange). Why pre-order, if in the end they were not prepared, they were not satisfied at other tables, they left without waiting for the order. 2 stars, not 1, just because there was delicious porridge nearby during the day, and in the evening, while we were waiting, we were given (as we initially thought, stands for dishes) sheets with different activities for children and adults, they enthusiastically painted the wolf from nu pogodi. After the story on Instagram, they wrote to yandex. Direct, apologized, offered to come to them again, they will show the service. But what if something goes wrong again? There are a lot of establishments in Brest, there were interesting options not even from the list of the best, so there is no desire to give a 2 chance to an institution that got on the list, but did not justify not only the first hundred, but even its last place.
