It's great hotel at quit place and between the city you can easily access to downtown. Wafi bur dubai airport only 10 mintes far and Jumeirah only 15 mintes with all side accessible and soo clean and new hotel staff is soo nice and friendly must visit

The hotel does not deserve its stars. When checking in, no one took the initiative to help with things. The rooms are noisy, everything that happens outside can be heard in the room. All standards overlook the construction site. The spa is dirty and not cleaned. The breakfasts are typical. Nothing new. Everything is bland. And no exclusivity!

They asked for fresh orange juice for an additional payment in the room, they brought it from the tetrapack! When I said that you brought fresh fruit for the price, the manager started saying, "Meme, absolutely right, this is your fresh orange juice." I've never seen such arrogance anywhere! Jim was covered in mud, it took him half an hour to find towels, and the exercise equipment was covered in grease and drops of something. At breakfast, the neighbors at the tables are very dirty, just a contingent of visitors, so all the tables are dirty with streaks, as well as the plates from which you will eat. But no one is outraged, because the mentality and way of life is like that. It's just a burp, not a hotel. What are the 5 stars? They put 1 Sachet of tea in a room for two adults in a suite, they rent a room with an empty minibar absolutely! In the lobby, we were promised lunch at the reception for an additional fee, but we received nothing, more precisely, they said that they could take coffee from the breakfast area, but there was no food. I've never been so disappointed!

a hotel with disadvantages, not working WiFi, leaky, dirty towels on the pool. Lack of good cuisine on site. There's a rat running around the pool!! They constantly call and knock on the room, worrying that they did not pay for coffee, repeatedly. Today, unable to find at least some staff, we warned the employee that we would return from the room in half an hour to our place where we were sitting, but they started calling again saying you didn't pay for the coffee. Extremely strange behavior that I'm meeting for the first time. It was good that the stay was short, and the chosen location was suitable for our request.

Stayed for a few days at this hotel, very comfortable. The staff is good, the bed is comfortable. Automated light control in the room, a chic terrace with a view of the city. The room has a coffee machine and an average mini-bar. I liked the marble bathroom. Since I was not in the UAE for a long time, I wanted to see the city properly – I turned to Shan Tours – individual excursions from the company pleased me. The manager quickly understands what the client needs, and the guide Murad probably knows everything about Dubai and its attractions. He knows how to tell about everything! I haven't received so much information in a couple of days for a long time! In a compartment with a beautiful hotel, a very pleasant experience of the trip.
