The service is zero. I ordered two items in the online store, clicked contact to confirm, and the managers don't care, no one gets in touch. An hour later, I called myself, asking is everything okay? Yes, it will be delivered today. I'm sorry, you DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH shampoo in a large volume. Did I come to the cafeteria because I didn't have enough?? What difference does it make to you, take less volume. And it's none of your business whether there's a difference or not, and you have no right to communicate like that. And if I had paid, would I also have been divorced just like other customers, choose another one? As for the delivery, it's a complete trash. She asked me to contact her in advance. In 2 minutes, they considered it a norm. Naturally, if their "non-site" indicates a shift period of 4 hours, then the person may not be at home, but may leave, and therefore asks to be contacted in advance. At that moment, I was 5 minutes from home, I asked to drive there, because the car was charging, and you know how many more deliveries I have! I asked the supervisor to contact me, hmm, and the supervisor doesn't give a damn about everything that's going on. Keep up the good work, gentlemen!!
