Cozy, clean, polite staff. I would especially like to mention the work of Olesya's groomer: golden hands, the only one who found an approach to our dog with a difficult character. Our poodle is just a beauty after visiting Olesya, everything is neat, beautiful, no irritation on the dog's skin. And most importantly, you can feel the love for your pet! I recommend it!

We took the cat to the groomers 3 times (to a woman about 30 years old) I don't remember her name. This time, we started noticing that our cat was behaving strangely at home, hiding at home and not being picked up (this had not happened before).Then they found a cut on him that they didn't even tell us about, we found it only for the 3rd day. This time I went with the cat myself and asked to see how the procedure was going, but they began to persuade me to leave (one might say not to allow) to attend the procedure. To my questions, "Where did he get the cut and why did his fur grow so badly?!"They told me they didn't know anything, and then they found fleas (which he didn't have at all!After examining it myself at home, I made sure that it was clean and there were no parasites). When the cat was taken away by a groomer, it was obvious how much he was afraid of her. This was our last time in this salon. By the way, they actively tried to impose add-ons on us.veterinary services and all kinds of care. Plus, every time we visited, the cost was announced higher and higher. Be careful!!!

Cat grooming, record for 3 days. And the groomer wasn't warned that there would be a haircut. She said it at the end that she didn't have all the necessary tools, didn't have a partner. They barely got the cat out, I had to hold it myself, it was covered in fur. No one could adequately answer who is responsible for internal communication. They call and give me the phone so that I can talk to one of the absent employees. The service is 10 out of 10. For reference, for a lumpy haircut, unfinished, without bathing, I paid the full cost of 400 thousand. If the administration reads this review, please, next time, it is better to cancel the appointment, even if the person has already arrived, than to provide a service in this way when you are not ready.
