Extremely negative experience at this car service. We arrived with a coolant leak problem. The repairs were done, but literally 10 minutes after leaving the highway, there was a strong whistle and hum. We turned back to the service — as a result, the "examination" showed that the turbine blades were broken. Director Dmitry explained this by saying, "That's how the stars came down." Seriously? This is the level of a "specialist" and a service manager. Later, they told us that the reason was a faulty pipe, which they had once mentioned 8 months ago. At the same time, when they removed and re-installed the same pipe now, no one reminded us of anything. The client does not have to keep technical nuances in mind, that's why the car is given to professionals. In other specialized services (in St. Petersburg and Tbilisi) we were told bluntly that a 2011 turbine cannot "break down from old age." The photo showed mechanical damage, most likely from the same pipe. We came with a willingness to resolve the issue peacefully: we offered an option — we pay for spare parts, work at the expense of the service. In response, they first promised a discount, and then the director "boiled over" and refused even this. They talked rudely, actually kicked us out the door. Bottom line: due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, I have to spend an additional 2,000 GEL on repairs that could have been prevented. If quality, responsibility, and human attitude are important to you, I highly recommend not contacting this service.

As a result, it was repaired 3-4 times, but the problem was never fixed. Every time I picked up the car and noticed that the malfunction remained, they told me: “Everything worked for us, but as soon as you pick it up, it doesn't work right away.” After the last repair, there was a knock in the glove compartment. They answered my question that they probably did something wrong when replacing the filter, although I changed the filter a month ago, and everything was fine. I called again, they told me to come, to which I have already replied, once again I do not want to pay empty, they answered me there will be a place we will write. But alas, I've been waiting in line for the 2nd year)) As a result, I paid for the same job every time, but I didn't get the result. A month later, the air conditioner stopped working altogether. You always have to wait for the director and nothing will happen without communication with him. But why can't you pick up the car and pay for it from the staff without dancing with a tambourine?
