At the moment when you tell the seller that he is wrong, he reacts with laughter with the words "what point and what did I violate?", maybe this is normal for this person, but in my understanding, a person working in the field of trade should have at least the slightest understanding of his rights and duties. The "very cheerful" seller did not provide a book of complaints and suggestions, as he called the owners of the store, who told us to sell what we needed. To sum up, I can say that the goods in the store are good, but you need to work with the staff and teach them how to work, so, unfortunately, there is only one star, and the young man should laugh less and be more legally literate so that he does not have to call the management and bother them because of his mistake!
