The classic Caesar, in which there are significantly more chicken than lettuce leaves, is fantastic (in Moscow Time, wherever I am, the opposite is true). A wide selection of drinks, pleasant atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff, live music. As soon as I arrive again, I will definitely visit this institution again.

The hodgepodge is liquid and cooked in the morning, something floated there that was too soft, like soaked bread; paella with seafood is terrible, solid rice with sweet pepper from the freezer, four shrimps and two shells with mussels (per serving 650g) serving according to the classics, but ugly. For 42p!! Dessert Anna Pavlova dried meringue, unstable cream. There are leftovers from previous visitors with a child under the table. If it were an inexpensive cafe, then no questions asked, but here you want more.

We went to a business lunch. Yes, it has changed. It got even worse. No one greets you at the entrance, and no one escorts you to your place. The menu must wait. At least they didn't mess up with the order this time, but the food itself discouraged any desire to return here in the foreseeable future. 1. Latte coffee. It will do, but it can be much better. 2. Salad. Obviously left over from yesterday. It floated on mud instead of being freshly refueled. Actually, I should have gotten up and left, but I stayed. 3. Czech chicken. Dry and chewy. Perhaps she died a natural death, and after cooking she was reheated several times. 4. French-style meat. Some meat, lots of potatoes. Filled with cheese and baked to a hard crust on this cheese. The oil was also overcooked, most likely, because after this dish there was also heartburn. As a result, I didn't like anything from the order. After lunch, we waited for the waitress for another 10 minutes. We didn't wait. Let's go pay for the bar ourselves. It turns out that the waitresses are sitting in a booth there and chatting sweetly with each other instead of watching the room. The bartender looked at us for those 10 minutes and kind of should have seen that we were done, but he didn't say anything to the waitresses. In general, as it was at the level of a third-rate roadside eatery, it remains so. Perhaps this explains the fact that 1 day before the New Year, they have an announcement that there are still free places.

So, we decided to give mom a birthday present and booked a table in advance. Moreover, they clarified that on the birthday of the birthday boy there is a discount on the account. The first impression when we entered the restaurant was that there was no receptionist at all, no one met us, and no one showed us a table. I had to catch at least someone after waiting 10 minutes. The bartender couldn't help in any way, we had to catch the waitress, who just waved her hand towards the table. We brought a cake with us (for which we paid the cork fee). We waited a long time for someone to come up to us to take the order. But no, I had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to call the waitress (who, by the way, worked for the whole room alone and just periodically went to the bartender to chat, apparently, we have no other explanation why she was sitting there). The waitress then came over and took the order. They waited. About 15 minutes later, she came and informed us that one of the dishes was missing. Then 15 minutes later she came to inform us that there was no more dish. When they approached us for the third time, it was both funny and not very funny. They asked me to take out the cake. The cake was brought. And why do we need plates and spoons, what did we come up with, really? And the most unpleasant moment was that not only did they not count the discount in the receipt, but they didn't even offer it, even though they knew it was our name day. It's a pity, we remembered about it after we left. And we also left tea. The most unpleasant impression about the restaurant remained. Never set foot in here again. Half of the assortment is missing, the waiter doesn't know about it, and every time I had to call her to a table through the bartender. Two stars just for the fact that the kitchen is really not bad.

There are also questions about the kitchen:it was impossible to cut the steak with a knife, let alone chew, the grilled vegetables were sour and softened, like boiled ones. Tartlets with caviar are just a laugh, three eggs on top. There is also a huge problem with the women's toilet; it is just one, constant queues, jostling, dirty. The only thing that pleased me was the music.

The result: starting from the service and ending with the serving of dishes - 2 points on a 10-point scale. We booked a table with my husband in advance, we agreed to order hot food on the spot. No one brought the menu. At the request, they brought it, but no one came up to us for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant to take the order. I had to look for the waiters myself and ask them to take the order. The dishes are dirty. The burrata turned out to be not a burrata at all, the waiter took the dish to the kitchen, but then brought it back with the glory "this is such a burrata, it's only 2 days old." There were only cartilages in the beef patty, it was impossible to chew, the poached egg looked more like a soft-boiled egg🤦♀️ I'm attaching all the photos.
