A lovely five-star hotel 5 minutes drive from Dubai Mall (in the evening you can walk - it will take about 25 minutes). I stayed in a suite with access to the lounge. I liked everything very much. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, friendly staff. Beautiful view from the windows and from the Fire Lake restaurant! I would like to mention particularly among the employees: Ibrahim, Gilbert and Felita. I strongly recommend it.

It's a great hotel, like most of the hotels in this chain. The room is beautifully cleaned, there is a button to notify the maid that you have left and she can come clean. The concierge service is working well. I took a room with breakfast, but I've never been to it, if you get up after 10:00, like me, then you don't have to include it in the price. Convenient location 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall. There is free water with lemon and cucumber on the 1st floor. I liked everything. The room with a view of the Burj Khalifa is a deception, unfortunately there is no view. The location is super close to a walking area and many restaurants in the vicinity.

It's a great hotel, all the staff are friendly, and there's a pool with sun loungers. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and I didn't get tired of them in 7 days. The room is clean, everything you need is there, the water was always replenished. The transfer to Kite Beach was not used. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the Mall.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Clear. There's a canteen (it's probably not called that, but you get the gist), and there's also a restaurant. There is a delicious and varied buffet in the dining room. A wide selection of dishes, especially at lunch. Breakfast cost around 100 dirhams per person, lunch was like 145, which is a fix. I don't recommend going to a restaurant. The food there is not particularly tasty, you have to wait a long time, as a result, you leave in such a mood that you waited a long time, ate badly and paid 15 thousand rubles)) Otherwise, I can't say I'm thrilled. After cleaning, there was always only one hygiene kit in the room instead of the required two, each time I had to call the reception and request additional ones, it was inconvenient. I didn't have enough lighting in the room, especially near the mirror. The sockets need adapters. I liked that there was an abundance of shampoo, gel and body cream, high-quality and fragrant. Beautiful views, there is a swimming pool, delicious croissants in the coffee shop on the ground floor. There is always a taxi under the hotel, there are shops relatively nearby + you can quickly get to the Dubai Mall.

I stayed in the standard room. The advantages include the location of the hotel, located in the city center. The hotel is not for a vacation (not a beach holiday), so to speak, but for business. Convenient location, inside there is a swimming pool, spa treatments. On the downside now, there is a construction site nearby-it's noisy, I woke up at night from taxi signals at half past three in the morning. They honked incessantly, but there were no accidents, just a large stream of cars, everyone was trying to get through, traffic jams in the area were constant. Now the plumbing...there is a shower cabin and a bathtub. It's spacious. The water from the shower was lukewarm, no matter how much it drained, but it took a long time to drain, because some of the water began to pour into the bathroom itself. I didn't have time to drain. I checked the water in the bathroom, the water is the same, it doesn't even heat up.At night, the toilet started leaking, at first it dripped, then it just flowed so loudly that the cacophony of taxi sounds could not drown it out. I only stayed for a day, thank God. The room is nice, but not cozy.

Autumn 2025 - there is a construction site around. There is a nightclub and a pub on the ground floor of the building. The pub (the Russian Harats chain) is more of a plus, it has delicious food and sports. Broadcasts. But the nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights is terrible, the music is so loud that you can hear it in the room on the 20th floor. The elevators are either working or not working, two out of five elevators were working for several days, which caused extreme inconvenience, waiting for the elevator reached 10 minutes. The rooms are normal, with all the amenities, slightly tired, but quite acceptable for this price. Another subjective disadvantage is the excessively soft mattresses, my back ached every day. One of the advantages is free parking, good sports. The hall, friendly staff. P.S. The breakfasts are like everywhere else, I can't say anything special.

The arrival turned out to be early and we were already at the hotel at 7 am, but despite this we were settled right away. They brought a crib. There is no construction site nearby! Yes, there is still an unsettled wasteland, but this emirate is rapidly expanding. We are resting with a child of 1.4 years old and walking to the Dubai Mall did not seem difficult. It takes 15 minutes to walk, you can stop and play on the playground. On the sea and on the Mall carries a shuttle according to the schedule. You can't walk to the sea. Sun beds are paid. Therefore, most just lie on a towel. We only have breakfast. They are really monotonous, but there is a choice. The waiter Names helped us a lot (sorry if I suddenly didn't spell the name correctly), he is Russian-speaking and when asked he ordered to cook chicken soup with noodles for his daughter. Nearby there are inexpensive cafes, Indian, Japanese, Thai cuisine. They can be seen from the pool area. Room cleaning is daily, good. Only there are no toothbrushes. There is a small children's room by the pool. Looking after a cheerful and friendly girl. Heated children's pool! For those who want to have fun, the bar is open until the morning, you could hear the music, but it did not interfere. Our 1 channel is showing on TV, but you can contrive and insert a flash drive. Very good high-speed free Internet! My husband both worked on the computer and watched movies online. The choice of the hotel pleased me! All the staff is friendly! Thank you very much! Of the excursions, I liked the Atlantis water park, of course, their unique mosque in Abu Dhabi.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in November 2020. In the program we had all-inclusive meals (breakfast and dinner). But because of covid, there was no buffet. The waiters served. The breakfasts were organized at the proper level. But no luck with the dinners. The restaurant refused to serve us on an all-inclusive system and tried to limit our choice as much as possible. We refused dry rations. And the most surprising thing is that the hotel administration has not found a common language with the Malaysians who run the restaurant. We were asked to have dinner at an evening restaurant. It was completely different there: the staff was friendly and everything was delicious. But the sediment remained. In addition, there was no declared transfer to the beach, so I had to take a car, and this is + 23 thousand. And the windows in the room were just obscenely dirty.
