We had a meal here with the company more than once - we always liked everything. At the entrance, a competent guy greets everyone in Russian and English, seats them in the halls. The menu with pictures of dishes is also in Russian. The space itself on the minus ground floor from the street is quite colorful with small enclave halls. It looks like a former barracks building. The food arrived fairly quickly, despite almost always being fully seated. Noodle soup with meatballs brings your head and body back to life. I put meat and potatoes in pans marked "hit". The Shah pilaf has also entered the company well. The price tag is tourist and normal for the central part of Baku.

The restaurant is located next to the old town, 5-7 minutes from Primorsky Boulevard. A discreet sign and a descent to the basement, you can easily pass by. The interior has an authentic atmosphere, stone decoration, lots of national details in the interior, waiters in national costumes! There was live national music after 19:00. Kitchen for 4! We took the dolma "Three sisters", many praise, we did not like the stuffing. The lamb kebab is not bad. The persimmon with chicken is delicious. We also took pickles (a large portion), a vegetable plate (dill, coriander, cucumbers, tomatoes. The tomatoes were unripe). The service is courteous, but if I put a 5, then I want to see the service at a higher level. In some restaurants, when presenting dishes, they will tell a whole legend or a beautiful story of a local dish. Here we were given a menu and returned to take the order, there was no attempt to help, to present the dishes beautifully. Moreover, the restaurant with national cuisine, and the whole atmosphere inside also invites you to listen to the beautiful legend about dolma "Three Sisters", for example! The entire dinner (with alcohol) cost 140 manats.

It's a wonderful place! Calculated directly for tourists ) Colorful in every corner , live music, European-level service . The price is slightly above average. It's very tasty! We took the assorted saj, we didn't finish it, it was sooooo large. There is even borscht , the child was happy with the usual food .

The restaurant is located in the very center, on Fountain Square, on the ground floor. The hall is spacious, there are many waiters in national costumes. The first institution to see the diversity of nationalities among the visitors. It's good. We ordered crispy eggplant, dyushbar, chicken kebab, dolma and tea. Everything arrived quickly enough. Fried eggplant with tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic sauce. I liked them. The Dyushbara was not excessively greasy, there were a lot of small dumplings inside. The chicken kebab consisted of 1 wing, 1 leg and a fillet on a small bone. Quite juicy, with an unobtrusive marinade. The dolma in the form of small balls in grape leaves was also good. Overall, the place left a pleasant impression. The total receipt was 55 AZN, including 10% for the service.

I wrote this review for Google, but it was so delicious that I want to share it here.: The most delicious food in the whole of Baku. I rested here for 7 days, tried the cuisines of many establishments, but only here I was really happy, thank you! Meat eaters will appreciate it. There is also a menu with pictures and in three languages (Ru/En/Az). The spouse separately appreciated the live music. It was as if the musicians looked into her soul and played what suited her mood!))

1. No change is given, and the service is included in the price. 2. Triple service, they didn't specify how to serve the dishes (as a result, they just started eating salad and soup, and they already brought hot food that had cooled down), they carried the bill for 5 minutes, and I had to ask twice, because the waiter forgot, in general, the waiters' attitude is like guests are dust and it's not even necessary to contact them attention (we had a stack of plates on the table until the last one, which were brought before our arrival) 3. The prices do not match the quality, given that the chefs do not know the basics: eggplants need to be soaked in salt water so that they do not taste bitter. (And you shouldn't pour balsamic sauce over eggplant salad, because it becomes impossible to eat vegetables - the batter sticks to your teeth) 4. The atmosphere is nice, you can come in for tea with traditional sweets, but whether you want to pay about 20 euros for this is a question.

If you want to try the local cuisine, I recommend the Dolma restaurant. It is easy to find, it is 2 steps from the Old Town and Starbucks. Authentic interior, cozy , very clean . We visited it several times and always had a warm welcome , excellent service , the quality of the dishes is unchanged , my husband especially liked the pilaf with fruit . I recommend a salad with crispy eggplant , saj with lamb , tortillas from the oven , quince compote and of course tea. We were also surprised by the prices , with such a quality of dishes and serving , they are lower than similar restaurants nearby and you can choose for any purse .

For local cuisine at affordable prices, come here! A very atmospheric place, decorated in the style of local flavor! Friendly waiters in national clothes will help with the choice of dishes, because the menu is very extensive! The food is incredibly delicious: the dolma is juicy, the eggplant in tempura is beyond praise, and the veal in dogwood sauce is amazing. And all this at absolutely reasonable prices in the central part of the city!

The Dolma restaurant is at the same time a tourist place where almost all guides in Baku invite you to have lunch after excursions, and at the same time a place with delicious and high–quality cuisine at affordable prices. Dolma in grape leaves (10 ₼) is a national dish of Azerbaijani cuisine. Surprisingly, it is difficult to find delicious dolma in Baku, but here it is delicious. Choban salad (6 ₼) is a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs, a classic of Azerbaijani cuisine and any institution in the city. Dolma "Three Sisters" (10 ₼) is an exquisite dish that has gained popularity among tourists: pepper, eggplant and tomato stuffed with minced meat. When submitting, be sure to ask to submit a gatyg to dolma.

This is the first time I've tasted delicious dolma, and there's a lot of it in the cup, and it's delicious. The son tried the soup with something like dumplings, normally, but he took the dish with beef and vegetables and covered it with a flatbread, not knowing the serving size. The three of us couldn't eat so much, we wrapped it up with ourselves! It's clean, pleasant, fast service, and there are a lot of interesting things inside.

It is a very atmospheric, pleasant place. Varied, delicious food, really huge portions like everyone else's. Excellent, courteous service in Russian, including. Clean, stylish interior. There is an Internet distribution. The prices are standard for a restaurant in the center of Baku. But the quality of the dishes and their size are worth the money. We highly recommend it.

It's a shame that with such good reviews, we were unlucky: we went to have dinner with the family and were disappointed. I called the waiter to order myself, they didn't even offer to choose drinks when ordering (I ordered for myself and my husband while he was leaving with the child, and took only food, usually in establishments they clarify why they didn't take anything from drinks, but here it's quiet... I wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been for the other nuances), my husband didn't get a spoon for the soup. In other establishments, they bring lavash, but here, at fairly high prices, nothing. And the portions aren't that big. In general, they definitely wouldn't have come a second time.

It's a very colorful place, waiters in national clothes, live national music on weekends. There are 4 types of dolma, in different leaves - grape, quince, pistachio, and 3 sisters- stuffed vegetables. Soups, salads, are also very tasty. It's a very popular place, and it's better to book on weekends. I recommend it!

A wonderful national restaurant, a good selection of menus, nimble waiters, though they don't speak Russian, English either, maybe we were just so lucky, they explained themselves with gestures, the poke method, which is not very comfortable. Located in the center of pedestrian streets, in the basement, there is a small sign, we passed by three times while we were looking. The cuisine is national, everything is delicious, the prices are the same as all the establishments in the center. I didn't like the windowless basement, decorated with stone, sitting like in a bunker, very national music and songs are playing from the speakers above each table, after half an hour I want to howl from them

The first visit was great - everything was delicious, reasonable prices and good service. We really liked the dessert - "bagels" with nuts. After a couple of days, we decided to come in and take these bagels with us. We bought 3 servings at once and when we came home, we found that they were all old, dry and hard. Total disappointment (((

We walked because we live nearby, hoping that nothing new would happen. Well, Turkey, well, Lebanon, the Arabs there, blah blah blah. Actually, no. A completely different cuisine, with roots, traditions, and "sophistication". Money: 6 thousand rubles for two (pilaf mutton/chestnuts/dried apricots, etc., sturgeon in pomegranate sauce, assorted cutabs, pickles, local vodka, pomegranate wine). Rating 5. Atmosphere: it doesn't matter (lots of English-speaking biomusor), the kitchen is great. Rating 4. Service: correct, polite, pleasant impressions. Rating 5. Location: a convenient location if you live in the Old Town. Rating 5.

In terms of price-quality ratio, one of the best options in the center of Baku. The interior is pleasant, the staff is efficient and friendly. The menu is extensive, the portions are large. The average check for a hot dish starts from 14 manat, for a soup from 7, for a salad from 10 manat.

We ordered four dishes. Soups for 4 out of 5 Lyulya is also on the fourth Chicken in cherry sauce for 1 out of five. The sauce is ordinary cherry jam. The chicken is dry. And the chicken is not fillet, but chakhokhbili, with cartilage, which was not indicated on the menu. It is also a long service. The order was accepted quickly. The dishes were taken out and then the waiter disappeared. We waited 10 minutes to ask for the bill. Then about 10 minutes, when the change is brought. As a result, the service is also 10%, which was not seen in the menu😂 In general, based on these factors, the overall score is two out of five (2/5)

A very good restaurant in the very center of Baku. The interior is decorated in a national style, national cuisine. It is designed for large flows of tourists, so the service is conveyor-type, which affects the comfort. But the food is very tasty, which, however, is not surprising for Baku. The prices are not low, but correspond to the level of the restaurant. Perhaps this is one of the best restaurants of this format.

A restaurant near the Old Town, near the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan. It's always crowded, but there are places. The dishes are different and for every taste. And pilaf and dolma and soups and fish. You can sit and relax after going to the places of the "Diamond Hand". The prices are, let's say, affordable. Very much so. That's probably why there are a lot of people. Everything is clean and tidy. I advise you to try pilaf in bread. Served with ceremony. Which one? But order and see. I was thrilled.

The restaurant is certainly worthy of five stars: the interior, the people, the food - it's all at a very decent level. The prices are reasonable and quite consistent with the quality. But, we arrived, we were escorted to the table, we made an order, which was delivered quickly enough, and right behind us, perhaps, some problems with water started in the bathroom. The carpets lying on the floor right by the table were being scrubbed, soaked, mumbled, and lifted quite sharply. No one even offered to change tables for 10-15 minutes. After being asked to bring the bill, it was passed through a woman who had previously soaked the water. At the time of payment, we talked about some tea and jam, but, dear ones, do people who have decided to leave really need them?

Basement room for a huge number of guests. The owners of the establishment want to put tables next to each other so much that it is impossible to move the chairs to sit at the table. It's uncomfortable. Not cheap. Positive: Well, a large number of the dishes we ordered arrived very quickly. Two types of kebabs, two soups, wonderful fried eggplant, fried dumplings and something else. The tortillas are delicious and hot. The tomato soup is spicy. Cons: I told the waiter that I couldn't eat lamb, and we picked up a shish kebab with beef and grilled vegetables to go with it. The shish kebab is very difficult to chew, my jaw was tired, the grilled vegetables were just black coals - you have to pick to eat something. And they even stuff fat into the eggplant. This is as strange and completely tasteless as possible, especially for someone who has voiced that he cannot eat it. The service was included in the bill. Since the bill is delivered in Azerbaijani, we asked if this line meant the service was turned off, to which the waiter replied, "No, it's not for us, it's for the establishment," cunningly hinting at additional tips. Fried dumplings smelled too much of mutton, for comparison they were taken elsewhere, there was no such thing. In total, double-check the bill, don't be afraid to ask what they include (there were cases in Baku with left-hand bread baskets added) and keep in mind that tips are already included in the bill.

It's so stuffy in the "restaurant" that after half an hour my head starts to spin, I want to run outside just to breathe. The food is all very greasy, nasty and cheap to taste (I never thought I'd say that about Azerbaijani cuisine). This place can be described as a diner with a beautiful interior, but not a restaurant. During the entire visit to this place, not a single waiter asked how we were doing, how we liked the food. They waited for the bill for 15 minutes (as if they were in a hammam) and if I hadn't already got up and asked for the check, they would have continued to sit there. They BRAZENLY paid 10% for the service, although they did not deserve a single penny of the tip. There were tourists in the diner and everyone came out with a disappointed face. If you want to have a bad time in Baku, then this place is made for you. The worst place in Baku to spend lunch/dinner there. Believe me, there are places much better, cheaper and more customer-oriented.

I visited this restaurant, which is so advertised among Russian tourists, the impression is not very good. We ordered a barbecue salad and brought some porridge. I didn't even want to look at it. We ordered a vegetable plate and brought the whole vegetables. In Russia, it's always slicing. And how it is. Pick up a cucumber and take a bite out of it))) funny. We ordered pilaf.... They brought a large plate on which one half is rice and the other half is meat. It's not tasty at all. It turns out that the rice was cooked separately, the meat was cooked separately, somewhere in a bowl. A real pilaf is like everything should be cooked together in one cauldron. So I don't think it turned out to be tasteless to me, apparently there is always such a feed. The price tag is high. There is a quite decent Khazar cafe nearby, it is not searched there, but at least it is clear what you are eating. And the price tag is two times lower, and the interior is the same. In short, don't get fooled by what they're trying to sell you. Look for your interesting places. And if you do not go to this restaurant when you arrive in Baku, you will not lose anything, and even save money

I went to this restaurant after reading the reviews. Well, I went and had a bite and thought about it. Should I put 5 or 4? I won't repeat myself about the restaurant itself, how it looks and what's inside-a lot has already been written-I agree. What's got you hooked? It's really a bit noisy, get ready that you're like in a restaurant car (you're eating, and people are walking past you all the time), the temperature in the compartments is different everywhere (somewhere it's fresh, somewhere it's stuffy), when you pay with a card, you will go to pay at the only terminal. About the size of the dishes and the price tag. The price tag is not cheap at all and the dishes are not huge as some wrote. What is ko? Tomato salad with basil and dolma. Lettuce 4- the pieces are uncut and had to be cut, the salad sauce tastes like cranberry or something. It seemed to me a strange combination, considering just the salad of Baku tomatoes. Dolma is like Dolma. It's hard to spoil if the stuffing is good. He was good here. The sauce is served like a matzoni. In general, everything seemed to be fine, but I didn't want to linger to taste the aftertaste. In general, a good dining car, but no more

I don't rate the food, just the furnishings and prices. Therefore, 3 stars, minus 2 stars for these 2 indicators The overall impression: It's like a big teahouse with restaurant prices in the basement of a historic building. A long corridor with small open rooms. You'll be eating, and people are always walking by, like at a food court. About prices - for comparison, in a cafe under the wall of the old city, which is quieter and more authentic, a salad with caramelized eggplant costs 9 manats, but here it's about 12 manats, plus 50% We came on the advice of a tour salesman with the characteristic "tasty and cheap". In fact, it's not like that.
