On 10 January 2026, we purchased a boxed perfume (FEH Barenia 25). On 1 February 2026, we attempted to exchange the product. However, the store manager claimed that the perfume had been used, which is not true. The product was unused. Despite this, the staff refused the exchange. I only tested the scent in the store and found it unpleasant. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing
