In March, I bought a tour to Kazakhstan from them. Upon arrival, it turned out that they had not paid for the services of the guide who met us. Jasmine didn't answer the phone. She turned out to be a fraud. It's good that the guy in Kazakhstan, Nursultan is his name, helped us, drove us, placed us in a hotel. By the way, upon arrival in Dubai, I tried to find them at the specified address.... I wanted to speak out. They don't even have an office!!!! Yes, and besides, she never paid the Kazakh guy the money for our tour, which she took from us. I don't recommend taking a tour from them. No wonder she has a 4.0 rating. Imagine that you, like me, find yourself in a foreign country, without a guide and a hotel?! I was lucky to get a friendly and good-natured guide, but if it hadn't been for him?
