I tried it : 1. Cold borscht is different from the classics. For example, pickles :) but the hay is delicious. I recommend it to everyone. 2. Chicken cutlets - 5 points. To garnish , mashed potatoes and sauerkraut . Everything is very tasty. Cold karkade , draniki , chebureks . Borscht is a weak four, but after the local cuisine it comes in at a five plus. Sour cream for borscht is similar to the real one. I asked for a glass of sour cream - they didn't give it, there was a shortage, but as a sign of gratitude they gave me two additional portions for borscht. I'm not good at English, but the menu is in Arabic and English. The waiters don't boom boom in Russian. The work schedule is written by AM-PM, fortunately I know what it is. The hostess, Marianna, is Russian, very friendly. I promised to make the menu in Russian. This is the only cafe in Dahab that has borscht until May 25. I recommend. I came to eat one day before leaving, but it was closed. I saw in the reviews below that Friday is a day off. Be ready. As well as the name of the Red Cat cafe. Red, not red!
