It was August 25th. The main branch was chosen specifically so that there would be no queues. We arrived at 10:45, finished at 12:15 It runs two windows, very slowly. There is no toilet, there is no ATM. The queue hardly moves. The worst head office I've ever been in. The girls work nice, but they just can't handle the flow of customers.
