I don't know about the residents of the residences, but as an addition to the magnificent Hotel St. Regis is great. A room pleasing to the Russian soul, where you can get groceries, snacks and alcohol a little cheaper. If you're looking for a liquor store, it's on the second floor, opposite the elevators. At the nearest entrance to the hotel.
