After the sale, the manager said - call the phones on the website and solve your problems yourself - I'm not interested in this. An application is created for any question, and that's it - there are no results. The activation code has not been received for 10 days. I spent 4 hours on correspondence - on the 10th day, when I requested a refund, I received a code. I activated it and a trial peiod banner appeared on the floor of the screen. I'm writing, remove the banner. I paid for my non-trial period. And they tell me to use it so it will disappear later. You're serious. After I told them to remove it (each action takes a lot of time), they turned off the subscription. And they are still registering messages . 24 days after payment. Nothing is working. And in general, the assessment consists of the attitude towards the client . For all the time, no one said "we apologize" only the verbs. They did. Accepted. They answered.
