There is no cheese sauce in the UAE, boiling water in a cup is given only for payment (in Russia it is free). There were 3 times and constantly something was not reported to the order, I had to come up with a check and ask for food. They still had the audacity to double-check us - they came up to the table and examined it trying to find wrappers.
