The Kari brand itself is generally normal: the shoes are good, the prices are adequate. But it was this branch that twice unpleasantly surprised the attitude of the staff. My wife and I are blind, and other branches of this network have always helped us with the choice. Here they were faced with complete indifference. The first time, the consultants didn't even come up — I had to search through the cashier. The employee showed dissatisfaction, answered formally and instead of helping only pointed out: "look there." When we somehow chose the shoes, she promised to bring a pair, but just disappeared. The receptionist called her again, and she silently put the box on the counter and left again. The second consultant behaved the same way: he pointed with his hand where the models were standing, and immediately disappeared. As a result, we declined the purchase. The second case occurred recently. The consultant had to be called through other clients again. She went ahead with the words "yes, yes, send," but we lost her and called her several times without an answer. It was only after another customer made a remark to her that she came over. When asked for help, this employee said with a malicious smile: "Can't you see?" And she laughed. After that, we immediately left. It is very unpleasant that this particular branch allows itself such an attitude. We have always met with attention and respect in other Kari branches. Here, the service turned out to be at an extremely low level and seriously spoils the impression of the brand.
