I recently taped my new Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G phone from the company I contacted on the phone. The operator directed me to 156 Prytytsky Street, where their service point is located. I handed the device to the girls at the reception, they confidently assured me that they would do everything, and it would only take about an hour to complete the work. When I returned an hour later, unfortunately, I found out that not everything went smoothly. It turned out that I had a phone with rounded edges, and an intern who did not have enough experience was trying to paste the film. As a result, she only managed to cover the screen, but there were a few bubbles left under the film, and debris was visible. I paid 40 rubles for the work and was offered to come back the next day when a real master would be working and he would be able to fix everything. The next day, I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time and was informed that I had to wait my turn. After a long explanation that an intern served me yesterday and I would like to finish gluing the film, I was offered to do it for an additional fee. It is unclear how the operator works, who could not provide the necessary information during recording. They explained that there was a lot of work at the moment, and I would have to wait about 40 minutes more. As a result, I lost two evenings, but finally, the phone was properly glued. My advice: if you see girls at the service point, be sure to check if they are interns. Unfortunately, the operator did not warn me about this.
