There are 2 people sitting at the entrance, administrators, as I understand it, who control the passage. Employees pass through the turnstile using cards, and non-locals enter only on a call from the office and the administrators let you through. Then there are very interesting elevators...because the skyscraper is tall, the elevators are divided into even and odd. There are even numbers on the right side and odd numbers on the left. You can't figure it out the first time, so I had to ride for 10 minutes until they explained. The view is of course very good, but only from one side. The windows on the other side overlook the desert and the private sector... In general, if you know the language, then you can quite figure it out, and if you do not know English, then it is unlikely that you will get the "poke method".
