We booked a tour from Kristina's tour agent to Turkey (Kemer) from 10.08 to 17.08 at the Ares Dream hotel. The ticket cost us 1,569 euros, departure from Minsk. We are very dissatisfied with the service provided by this agency. The money was not spent small, the expectations were not justified. The girl couldn't offer us a good choice of hotels for our amount, so we ended up staying in a terrible hotel. It's not clear why we paid so much money. The rest is ruined. We will never contact tour operators again. The attitude towards us at the hotel was terrible. On departure back, our flight was delayed for 4 and a half hours, and neither our guide nor the tour agent warned us. As a result, we waited hungry for the flight, as the check-out was at 12 a.m., and we were picked up from the hotel at 21:00 p.m. No one even tried to help us with the hotel problem.
