We visited this clinic today. On the positive side, the girls at the reception were very polite, and they also did a good X—ray. But, unfortunately, the orthopedic appointment left an unpleasant impression. Previously, wherever we were, the child was always carefully examined, undressed, reflexes were checked — everything was as it should be. Here, the doctor asked strange questions (for example, how many times we cut the child's hair) and based on this, he "diagnosed" rickets without even examining the child properly. The examination took no more than 5 minutes and was actually carried out through clothing. In addition, the doctor prescribed a dose of vitamin D of 3-4 drops, although in Russia they explained to us that this dosage is used for serious disorders, and not prophylactically. The appointment costs 200 thousand rubles, but, unfortunately, the quality of the consultation does not match this cost at all.

I did an MRI scan of the cervical and lumbar spine. The study was extremely uncomfortable: the noise level was very high, much stronger than in other clinics where I had previously undergone an MRI scan. Only cotton swabs were offered as hearing protection, which does not meet the normal standard of service for MRI. Earplugs or headphones were not provided. The procedure lasted about 20 minutes, and I endured it with difficulty. After the examination, I felt unwell and had severe discomfort. I consider this level of equipment and attitude to patient comfort unacceptable for a private clinic. I expected a completely different quality of service.

I came to this clinic for a gynecologist, Shomirov Dilshod. A very good specialist. I had a free consultation and sent for tests. When she passed the tests, the day of the operation was set. I decided to operate in star Med. The doctor said that he could operate in other clinics, but I settled on star honey. The next day, I went to the gynecologist Savridinov Zhurabek, he wrote what tests were needed for the operation, I passed all the tests in this clinic. There were no problems with the reception and with the cash register, everything was fast and clear. The next day, the answers were positive and I went to the clinic. My expectations were different, but what I saw was better than I expected. I was lying on the 4th floor, there is an elevator (very important) . I was alone in a double room for 5 days. The room has air conditioning (very good), TV, refrigerator, table and chairs, wardrobe. And most importantly, a toilet and a shower room. Everything was very clean and tidy. There are buttons in each room to call the nurses. Before, during and after, everyone was very attentive to me and the operation was successful. There were 5 meals a day. And the ward and toilet were cleaned every day. I am very grateful to Shomirov Dilshod, Savridinov Zhurabek and the entire medical channel in star med.

Secondly, incompetent staff work at the reception, who are not able to properly explain what procedures are available. For example, when I came to do an MRI of the coccyx, I was immediately offered MSCT, although this is a completely different diagnostic method. It seems that their main goal is to take more money without taking into account the real needs of patients.
