They did not stop to go to the toilet at the request of a woman with three children, they said that when they say then they will stop. They brought the situation to a scandal and stopped it (it's the passenger's health!!!!).The pastel is dirty, the smell of dirty feet immediately envelops. Stowaways who talk on the phone all night and smoke through the window are the norm. You can't treat customers like that. It is necessary to hire people who want to work and are interested in the company's service. Now this is the reverse situation. I hope that the service will change, because now it looks more like bullying for money.
