The essence of our conflict began at the stage of concluding a lease agreement. The agency behaved extremely unprofessionally and, as it is now clear, the usual scenario. It literally clashed the interests of the landlord and the tenant, misleading both sides. Outright lies on their part set the stage for a conflict that could have been easily prevented if someone more decent had been in their place. At first, we attributed this to banal incompetence, but now I see: this is the way the company works. The Agency made a gross legal mistake when drafting the contract. You should not trust this company to accompany at least some kind of transaction. You will be deceived. Personally, I believe that the owner has every reason to make a claim to the agency for a refund of the cost of their "services" — if it can be called that at all. But that's not all. The agency doesn't just make mistakes—it lies, and it lies even under oath. During the court session, the representative of Silvan-Invest, a woman who signed a document on criminal liability for giving false testimony, openly lied. However, lies tend to crumble if you ask the same questions in different forms. And so it happened. The fact remains that not a single word of truth was uttered in court by the representative of Silvan-Invest, and during the cross-examination, they lied so much that they got confused in their own words. It is worth thinking a thousand times before contacting any of the parties to this agency.
