I want to share my impressions of a recent visit to your establishment. After ordering the pilaf, I ran into several problems: 1. The dish was served cold and spread on a plate, which does not meet the serving standards and spoils the impression. 2. The portion turned out to be very small — it does not match the price. 3. The overall impression has worsened due to the increased cost of the dishes while maintaining the same volume and quality.
