Well, everything is fine, I left the walls of this Temple of Public Services with a sense of accomplishment and calmed down. As it turned out, he was very hasty. Not only was I not notified of the readiness, but I was sent an SMS after receiving the order. Well okay. When asked why they didn't notify me, they told me that the SMS hadn't arrived yet. Apparently they sent me on foot from Mirabad Street 6 to Navoi Street, and since I was not at the place, the SMS was looking for me all over the city. I paid for an urgent order in the amount of 504,000 Sums. I came home, opened the suit and was amazed. All the stains on the trousers in front and on the shoulder and collar in front remained in the same amount in their places. I called and told Aziza about it, she transferred me to Inna. Inna asked me to send a photo in the Telegram, which I safely did right away. Then I called to find out why exactly, how it could happen and what to do about it, because tomorrow morning I have a flight to the event. Nothing but apologies and that they will not be able to help me in any way (they will not be able to come to pick up the suit and fix it, they will not be able to leave and fix it for me either, and in principle the working day is already over) I didn't hear it. I suggested another option: let the people responsible for this situation come by taxi, pick up the suit, fix their joints and bring them back, because I have two meetings scheduled and after collecting things before departure. I gave him time to think and call back to tell me what they finally came up with and what to do in this situation, because I have to be at the airport early in the morning with this suit. As a result, Inna deleted my chat in the Telegram and everything was gone. The phones are not answering and no one was going to do anything. A very excellent service for half a million sums turned into a purchase of air for me and the problem of how to proceed from this situation, given that there is no time to fix it and I can no longer buy another suit either. All the shops have either closed or will close in 10 minutes. Of course, I would really like to talk to the management of this dry cleaner and return the money for the service not shown to me. And people who plan to use the services of this place should be extremely careful, study the conditions only written in checks and receipts. He does not take the word of the employees. And when you pick up your things, carefully check the result of the work done. I don't want to blame anyone. I think this is a general system failure in the work of the entire chain.
