Sometimes they are issued without a passport and it doesn't matter to whom, sometimes they require a passport in principle (in both cases there was an installment plan). So, if they give a person a QR code, it means they mean that he will take it. The sheer inconvenience is shorter. Here the goods are heavy and now I have to carry them alone because they didn't give them to my husband, the delivery doesn't fit in time. In addition to everything else, the staff is always dissatisfied, as if they expected me to come myself, take it out of the warehouse, etc., and they would just sit there. I'm ordering here for the last time.

The wrong product arrived again. Of the last 4 orders, only 1 was what I ordered. If you don't want to waste time and money, go around this office called the 21st century. The mess is simply unreal, the customer orientation is 0. No one even apologizes for all these endless shoals. This was my last order from them and I do not recommend others.
