Thank you for ruining the gift, for the umpteenth time, the 21st century is being chosen, it seems like a big store, reputable, a large selection of goods, but there is no point in this, because the goods do not arrive, and most importantly, no one informs you about it in advance, you come to clean the air at the PVZ. One story is so funny, I came to pick up my mom's epilator under warranty, I'm standing at the PVZ with a couple more people in line, an employee goes to the warehouse, comes out and shouts "come on, who's behind the epilator," are you serious?? Okay, I mean, there are people who might be embarrassed, especially since you left a minute ago and forgot which of the three people addressed you? In general, it's still negative, by the way, even when ordering by phone, they try to sell a fierce illiquid under the guise of a "good" product, but this is a completely different story, as they say.

The wrong product arrived again. Of the last 4 orders, only 1 was what I ordered. If you don't want to waste time and money, go around this office called the 21st century. The mess is simply unreal, the customer orientation is 0. No one even apologizes for all these endless shoals. This was my last order from them and I do not recommend others.

It's a good pick-up point, I go once a week because it's the closest to my house. The pick-up point is located on the 3rd floor near the stairs, so it will be more convenient to order something bulky for delivery or choose another pick-up point. After 18.00 there may be a small queue for the delivery of goods.
