A very small room. If there is a queue, there is nothing to sit on. The employees of the department are not very friendly. There is no reference information as such.

The staff is good. If a package or letter arrives, they notify you by phone. The pension is issued on time. Inside you can buy envelopes, fresh newspapers, postcards and something else there... In general, they work perfectly. I've been paying for services there for 20 years)
