An institution that works early in the morning and on weekends. There are enough places. I really liked the places near the window, you sit like in an aquarium. But how do you watch TV if you're suddenly bored. The coffee is good, the staff is polite. They speak English, but not Russian. In the old town near the Acute Brahma.
