I didn't find any disadvantages. Very polite and competent staff who perform their duties professionally. Everything was thoroughly explained and my problems were solved.

Terrible attitude towards people. They are trying to imitate violent activity in a conscientious attitude towards people. They can't recalculate the bills properly and explain about the metering devices
