The peonies arrived at 21:00. In the morning, two buds have already wilted. They assured me that the peonies would stand for 5 days. I asked about the freshness when ordering. As a result, the money was not returned. They did not offer to replace the flowers with fresh ones. They started pointing out the law that they are not obliged to return money for cut flowers (even if they immediately wilted). The flowers didn't last even 12 hours. Not a day, not two. 18,500 tenge in the trash and a spoiled mood.

Great store! A very large selection of bouquets, wonderful helpful staff, always very beautiful bouquet design. If you order with delivery, you can always arrange a change of address or delivery time with the courier. We have been using this store for several years now. Well done! 👏

I ordered a bouquet on February 14 at 8:30, and chose delivery from 12:00 to 15:00. I expected everything to be clear, but this is a complete setup! No tracking service, no feedback. Realizing the workload, I did not overwhelm the support service with questions, I wrote only 15 minutes before the deadline, then an hour later. But in response, there are only replies saying “the courier has left.” And only after an angry message and a call were they allowed to call. At the sixth hour of waiting, they tell me that the courier has already contacted the recipient and agreed on something. I'm checking – the recipient didn't know anything at all! A great “surprise", isn't it? Instead of joy, there is irritation, worries and a spoiled mood. I'll give one for the service. Why can't I provide the courier's geolocation? Why should a client be nervous instead of enjoying the moment? It's a complete disappointment. I will not order from you anymore and I will dissuade all my friends from using your service!
