Сотрудник работает безобразно,безответственно, никакого уважения к людям. Во первых, в рабочее время сотрудник оставил ломбард открытым, прождали минут 20, пришел сказал «че надо, подойдите через 40 минут» в рабочее время. С психами он все же соизволил обслужить нас, деньги за продажу золота буквально швырнул в лицо! Безобразие
