Our recent stay at the Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is stunning - beautiful rooms, a breathtaking marina view, and impeccable service. But what truly made our vacation exceptional was the animation team, and one person in particular: Alaa. From the moment we arrived, Alaa's energy was infectious. He is not just an animator; he is the heart and soul of the guest experience. Whether he was organizing the daily activities, dancing by the pool, or just having a friendly chat, he did it with a genuine smile and a passion that is truly rare. He has a special talent for remembering names and making everyone, from the youngest kids to the adults, feel included and special. Our children absolutely adored him and looked forward to every activity he led. He is creative, funny, and incredibly dedicated to his job. The hotel is 5-star, but Alaa is a 10-star talent. The hotel is excellent and very beautiful. The food is delicious and varied. The staff is positive, polite and friendly. The cleaning is wonderful, especially Vinod is a great housekeeper.
