I read a lot of bad reviews before the flight. I've been there myself and I totally disagree with them. We flew very well. Fly Dubai is a great company. We checked in right away at 11.00 am! The room has two rooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge balcony, 2 plasmas, although we had a standard. The view was of the sea and the construction site, it didn't bother us at all, it was quiet at night. You can ask to change the number, they will not refuse. Construction is everywhere in Ras Al Khaimah now, and it's no secret. The food is excellent, always meat, fish, chicken and many other things. The dining room is being cleaned at the speed of light. The bus takes 6 minutes to go to the sea. There was never a queue. The beach is gorgeous, white sand, clean water, and the construction site nearby didn't bother us in any way either. There is a shop nearby on the beach, like our Pyaterochka. The children's room is great, lots of entertainment. The pool is warm. We liked everything very much, especially for a very low price. When the construction is over, you won't be able to get here at that price. We went from Anna's hotel to Dubai, and we really enjoyed it. We are very satisfied with the hotel)

We're leaving tomorrow. We took half board for 10 nights. The first line by the sea was chosen for our dates. The Pullman was one of the decent and affordable ones. Nice room. Spacious. Minor defects in cleanliness did not spoil the image of him. You can use the button at the door to indicate that cleaning is needed or not to be disturbed. Tea, water, coffee, sugar will replenish themselves. If you forgot, you can ask at any time. Bathrobes will be brought on request, linen and towels will be changed. There is a line for drying clothes in the bathroom. The sea is about 4 km away. In the morning they take us away on a small bus, departure from the hotel at 10.00. Back at 13.00. For us it's a big minus, it's very late. You arrive in the heat of the moment. Beach towels are provided. The pool is saturated with chlorine, but sitting in the evening with a cup of tea is very nice. Many people took it without food, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The restaurant is not bad. Breakfast is more like lunch in terms of the amount of food. For the first few days, lunch was on the menu, then for some reason, we switched to a buffet. There is no tea for lunch. And they won't give you half board. Just water. I can say that the hotel matches its price.

Food: Excellent menu, which combines traditional dishes and international cuisine. The breakfasts were especially delicious – fresh produce, a wide selection and amazing quality. Swimming pool: It is located on the 12th floor. It offers a great view.Clean, large and with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace on the second level. Sauna: There is a sauna and it is a great way to relax after a busy day. You can visit every day. This is included in the price of the hotel. There were three of us, so there were problems - towels, toothbrushes, mugs constantly needed reminding. Cleaning is daily, but it's better to mark when you want to sleep, because on the first day we were woken up at 8:00. There are 2 types of shower and a bathtub. The swimsuits dried in about a day (at least two swimsuits should be taken, and preferably 3). The elevator works only through the card. The food is delicious. There are a lot of people just at breakfast. Meals at the reception and pool cafes are paid for. The pool is on the 12th floor. There were a lot of people only once, the rest of the time there were always enough sun beds. Transfer to the beach 1 time - at 10:00 there and at 13:00 back. If everyone doesn't fit, then the bus makes a circle. Please note that the beach is urban and not equipped (there are no toilets, no changing rooms, no showers). For some reason, there was no transfer to the shopping center. No one speaks Russian (the employee everyone writes about has never been seen). Everyone is friendly. It's a long way to walk both to the beach and to the shopping center. A taxi from the Dubai Mall to the hotel cost us 130 dirhams.

Breakfast is good from 6:30, eggs in all kinds are prepared for you, porridge, rice, noodles, tortillas, breakfast cereals with milk or juice, toast, olives, dried tomatoes, cheeses, fruits - watermelon, melon, pineapple, grapes, nuts, dates, figs, greens, pancakes, waffles, chocolate and nut paste, honey, etc. Coffee machine, brewed and packaged teas, juices.... It's hard to stay hungry... The pool is great from 10 to 22, the sun from 11 to 16. There are always free sun beds. Beach towels are available here. We took a taxi to Al Mamzar beach 50 dirhams one way. I recommend. Landscape, gorgeous sea, awnings, shower, toilet. The only negative of the hotel is the dirty windows on the outside. But this is a problem almost everywhere.

I left it to cool down when I left the room , when I returned I turned it off so as not to freeze. Sockets are naturally only of local standard and there were few of them. For example , there was no sofa near the table . The computer had to be charged on the bedside table, which did not interfere much, but still not always convenient. A bathrobe can be obtained on request , they bring it without problems. At the same time, the waffle robe is cheap , does not correspond to 5 stars exactly . In the bath there is gel , shampoo, conditioner , shower cap , cotton pads , sticks . Don 't count on a shaving kit. The champagne and conditioner are mediocre. But the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is no balcony , there is nowhere to dry things after the beach . They practically do not dry in the room. So dry off on the beach or by the pool) Service : everything is very polite and pleasant. Mostly English-speaking staff, there is one employee at the reception who speaks fluent Russian , but it is not every day that you work and, I think, you should not expect to get to him. Beach: public only, 4-5 km from the hotel. The hotel takes you at 10.00 and picks you up at 13.00. We were after the flood and one day we were sent by taxi at the expense of the hotel, as the bus simply did not arrive due to traffic jams, the rest of the days everything was on schedule. But almost always the restaurant is not crowded , good service , there is always a free table , dirty plates are cleaned very quickly . Thursday is a paradise for seafood lovers: a lot of dishes , fish can be cooked right in front of you , sushi , shrimp , etc. There is no alcohol for obvious reasons . I took the duty free with me. Location: Depends on your priorities. Walking to the beach is definitely tiring , but it's 3 minutes to the embankment. Nearby there are shops, currency exchange , pharmacy , etc. How to get to Dubai: 1)a taxi is about 80 dirhams , they say it's cheaper to get back if you call through the app ( you need a local SIM card ; some were given at customs upon arrival ) . 2) get to the Sahara Mall (2.4 km from the hotel) by taxi (about 15-20 derham, depending on traffic jams) or on foot 20 minutes by walking. In the shopping center, look for an exit to Dubai, cross the road on carpets and you are in another emirate. There you take the same to the stadium station (12-15 derham, depends on the time) and from there take the metro to the Dubai Mall or to the sights. An unpleasant surprise awaited us in the subway: at 11.00 a.m. we had to get into the subway car. And the contingent , alas , are not sheikhs in white robes . Take into account this fact, I was driving back at 18.30, the situation is exactly the same. So if you are traveling in three or four and your goal is the Dubai Mall, then maybe you should not save money, take a taxi. If you still decide to save money, then be prepared to pay 25 drx per person for a metro card , 19 can be used , 6 for the card itself . One card per person . I stayed at the hotel with my family for one week. We enjoyed our holidays. The rooms are quite large, the bathroom is huge ~ 10m2. The a la carta menu offered a variety of soup, salad, main course and dessert options. There were 3 different types of menus, so the food was varied. The portions were very large. Our favorite desserts were banana tiramisu and cheesecake (better than in New York). For a buffet dinner. Live music was played twice (guitar and saxophone). We had a barbecue dinner, a Mediterranean dinner. It was fantastic! Barbecue is served in the pool area under the stars. Unforgettable! The staff was polite, quick and attentive. We especially liked Emad. He is very smart, efficient, attentive, he read our thoughts, it was so nice to communicate with him. A few words about the beach. The transfer took us to the nearest beach in 7-10 minutes, the water is about 20°. In the pool area we could take towels for the beach, which was very convenient. We would like to have a transfer twice a day to be able to leave in the evening. 200 meters from the hotel there is a large exchanger with good rates. There were a lot of books in different languages in the lobby. We would like to return to this hotel again.

The hotel is very high level! Spacious rooms, excellent food. The only thing that is hatful is that they take you to Al Khan beach, for free, but such a place, sun beds are paid, umbrellas are paid, the bus is 10 there and back at 13, that's it. They also take you to the Sahara shopping center from Sat. to Thu. at 10.30 and back at 15. The hotel is very, very nice, everyone wants to help, the food is excellent, there is an outdoor pool. I strongly advise you to visit. But, it is better to choose a beach in Deira, closer to the metro and normal beaches.

And such setups were intermittent. 3) The biggest disadvantage is the remoteness from the beach. We thought it was nonsense to take a walk - NO . We walked 40 minutes on foot, in the heat, burned everything like never before (this is not our first time in the Emirates) The bus goes , of course , BUT with a small child of 2 years old you often can 't travel . After 2 trips under the kanders , the child fell ill , and almost could not recover until the end . In general , everything is not bad , but we will not go there anymore )

It is better to ask the sauna to be turned on in advance, because in such heat there were few people who wanted to warm up)))we took breakfast and dinner, but it was possible to change dinner for lunch without any problems, which is very convenient. The food is very tasty, all sanitary and epidemiological norms are observed. There were dishes of Arabic cuisine and Indian dishes. I liked fish most of all, desserts are just great, delicious pineapples, custard coffee. I would like to express my special gratitude to the waitress Florence, very attentive and polite. The view from the restaurant window is beautiful, we enjoyed the food and the view of the bay at breakfast. Many thanks to the Sheriff, also very attentive and polite. The transfer to the beach was every day, but it was necessary to warn in advance so that they put the driver on schedule, to the beach at 10:00, back at 14:00, to Alkhanbich beach. We are resting now in this hotel. We came to celebrate the New Year . The hotel is very beautiful, beautifully decorated for the new year. The rooms are very pleasing in their size , the Superior room is about 45 sq. m . An extra bed is a full-fledged double folding sofa (with a good sleeping place, which is very important for a large family ). Soft all inclusive assumes three meals a day with drinks included , but only tea and coffee are included for lunch and dinner , they must be asked to bring extra . The food is high - quality , delicious , with an emphasis on Arabic -Indian cuisine . There is a bus to the beach at 10:00 and back at 13:00. There is a bus in Sahara mall (the nearest shopping center with an assortment of Zara level). The staff is very courteous and attentive , will help with any question . We will have to voice the minuses as well : - Cleaning... you leave a signal to clean the room in the morning, you come back at 17-18:00 there was no cleaning yet. As a result, we regularly took towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. from the cleaners in order to somehow maintain order. - The windows in the rooms are all deaf, ventilation is only due to air conditioning and wet swimsuits and towels do not dry out even in 2 days … In general , we are very satisfied with the hotel and we will definitely consider hotels of this chain in other countries .
