We liked everything! We had a room with 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. The furniture is all good, everything is clean. Cleaning every day. Grocery stores are within walking distance, a good beach is 5 minutes away. In general, everything is great!

The number of rooms is very weak.
The booking service does not have enough information.
Upon check-in, they asked for a 2000 AED deposit (500 per person). You need to write about this in the voucher. The tour operator provided information only about the city tax in the amount of 100 AED per person.
A trifle, but also not pleasant.
The adapter for European charging could not be provided at the reception. I had to buy it.

It couldn't be more centered. Lots of shops and restaurants. A 10-minute walk away is a huge Ferris wheel like the Eye of Dubai.

The location is 10 out of 10! Everything is absolutely nearby, 1 minute to the beach, by tram, shops with pharmacies, cafes. The service is very good. They respond instantly to requests. I really liked it! And the view from the window is a song!

We have been coming here several times already. Excellent location: near the beach, tram stop-you can easily get to the center, a promenade with restaurants and shops, there are several swimming pools. The apartments are large, spacious, equipped with everything you need: there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and all utensils, comfortable mattresses and pillows (this is important for me), the cleaning is quite good. And the view from the apartment, especially if you look at the bay, is a complete delight!
Among the disadvantages are "tired" repairs and old furniture.

The second Russian-speaking girl is nothing compared.

We rested from 13.04. to 20.04.2023. Before leaving, we read negative reviews about running cockroaches and other animals, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Very friendly staff. Daily room cleaning, change of bed linen, towels, replenishment of water, tea, coffee, cream. The breakfasts are very tasty. Everything is close to the hotel, the sea is across the street. We will definitely come again. Special thanks to the girl at the Aigerim reception - she explained everything in detail how to get to the place we need.

The hotel is not bad, but there are problems with food. There is a poor choice and the same thing every day + a small restaurant where everyone does not fit for breakfast. The queues are wild. The location is normal, the beach is urban, there are a lot of people. There are 3000 sunbeds per day.

We arrived in March, moved into the 10th floor.The four of us (three adults and one child) lived for a week.Awesome view from the window. I liked everything very much. It's cool from the air conditioners.I sleep great. Breakfast and lunch were prepared by ourselves, but we had dinner mostly in the city.

Don't go to this disgusting hotel!!! I'm asking you very much! There are huge cockroaches running around here!!! And ants in the bedding that stinks of mustiness and the pillows are stained.
They clean up so badly that they just put a dirty rag on the whole floor and someone's hair and dirt ... all the corners with piles of garbage and dirt! Towels can be carried away and not brought in general. Sneakers alone for the whole family. There are no dressing gowns. At breakfast, you are ignored because you have to serve the locals. The food is the same (we've been there for three weeks) and we've never put something else on. There is no fruit. Coffee is so disgusting worse than slop. The price for lunch is 58 dirhams and there is nothing to eat for this money - only Arabic food ... terrible-looking desserts that taste even worse. Towels are completely torn and those for the pool are so washed that it is not clear what color they are ... here the walls are dusty and you breathe this dust because the windows do not open. Water is brought every other time… we bought everything ourselves, the dishes are so old and scratched that it's scary to cook in it. In the refrigerator, the food does not spoil because it freezes to the dick by the evening ... all your requests are ignored. Or the employees answer - I don't understand you. Very convenient. The location is close to the sea, but the sunbed is 210 dirhams per day ... the shower at the sea is paid.., the shops are sooo expensive (compared to the city center) at night until 3 o'clock music screams and sports cars drive you do not sleep at all.,,
I really, really advise you to avoid this place. It's incredibly expensive, but for this money you will get a disgusting mood for the whole vacation
