Good afternoon, everyone. We had dinner this week with our family in Gagarin, took borscht, shingles, herring under a fur coat, pies, pozharsky cutlets, local tincture. I liked everything, everything is delicious. Some dishes had to wait 20-30 minutes, some arrived quickly. It's a very atmospheric and pleasant place, with a good entourage and old Soviet music. Natalia is a very pleasant and professional manager.

The anniversary was celebrated at Gagarin. The food is delicious, but the service wants to be the best. The dishes were never changed all evening, although the hostess of the banquet asked for it. The first hot dish was served almost 2 hours after the feast (the guests satisfied their hunger with snacks). The next step is better: hot dishes were served after 21.00. Some of the guests had already left. They said the kitchen doesn't have time to serve two halls. But that's not the only problem. You can come in to eat. But the banquet... I don't recommend it. By the way, live good music is a plus.

We visited this wonderful place on the evening of 04/27/2025. The first thing that surprised me was the availability of free seats on the evening of the weekend, and upon arrival I found an almost empty banquet hall (despite the fact that there are quite a lot of people on the street) The dishes are very tasty, we ordered soups (solyanka and borscht) and second courses (variations of draniki) - delicious as at home. The helpful staff and the unusual interior, worked out to the smallest detail, left a pleasant impression. The only nuance that prevented you from enjoying dinner in a relaxed atmosphere to the fullest is that there is a karaoke club behind the wall in the same building and the bass of the playing music breaks through even if its own music is playing in the hall and creates excessive vibrations. We arrived at lunch, there were only two set meals (for 2 people, there were 4 of us), although the time was still an hour before the end of lunch… The service took a long time, I ordered myself dumplings, waited 30 minutes, although the hall was empty, only our table of 4 people, we took two sets of lunch, the whole kitchen cooked my dumplings for 30 minutes 😆 The food is delicious, the dumplings are great! We went to have dinner at this place. The interior is stylized according to the theme of Yuri Gagarin. My daughter and I really liked the hodgepodge, the pancakes. The service is unobtrusive. Prices are average compared to the outskirts. In order to sit and have a delicious meal, that's what you need. Clear. The furniture has remained since about the time of Yuri Alekseevich. The last time was 2 years ago and the impressions were extremely positive. This time, after the Bison Race, we decided to eat in this place again. Among the changes: the entourage terrace has disappeared, the menus are very tired and shabby, there are no more entertainment backgrounds (a small thing, but I decided to mention it). We arrived at 13:00, at 14:35 we had a train, they asked how long they would cook hot: At first, the girl said it was 30 minutes, and when asked again, she said, "Well, maybe 40." We ordered two hot dishes (fire cutlets and a beef burger) and two vegetable salads + a couple of glasses of kvass. Kvass was served first, then salads (for about 15 minutes), and hot food was served EXACTLY 40 minutes later. Moreover, the burger was slightly warm (apparently it was waiting for the preparation of firemen's cutlets). Considering that we were actually the only customers, the hot food delivery time was still too long. There are almost no questions about the food: the portions are large (the salad is very hearty, even with a lemon); they give gloves for the burger (thank you!), but the cutlet, of course, is so-so (classic semi-finished from stores); fire cutlets (there are two of them!) they are very tasty and satisfying, as well as mashed potatoes with peas to them). The music was playing very strange (Factor 2 or something), thanks for not being loud. The waitress is friendly. Overall, the food seemed to be delicious, but I didn't have the same positive impressions as after the first visit. I'll leave my last review below. ================================= We stopped for a snack after the Buffalo on July 9th. There were practically no visitors. We were warned that the hot stuff would cook for about 20 minutes. We ordered a minced steak with fried eggs and fried potatoes, Fire cutlets with mashed potatoes, two vegetable salads and fresh lemonade. The lemonade is really very refreshing and delicious, all the other dishes, again, did not disappoint and were served at the promised time. The waitress is pleasant and polite. We'll definitely look there again next time. An entertainment booklet with a test about Gagarin, as well as markings for naval combat and tic-tac-toe are used as food pads. It's a small thing, but it's nice :) By the way, the restroom is located in a nearby establishment called Coyote. We realized that we would have to look there too, but at night (check out their instagram) :) Atmospheric! Thank you to Gagarin for his hospitality!

We visited at lunchtime, from what we saw, it is immediately clear that it is designed for the grown-up generation - songs of the 90s-10s were played (there were even unfamiliar ones) . Nice cafe, friendly waiters. Everything is stylized like the USSR - just a balm for the heart. We were sitting outside- we were frozen- blankets were kindly brought to us. While the order was being prepared, an entertainment room was brought: a huge sheet of paper on which there was a quiz, a test, and fields for Naval combat, tic-tac-toe... in general, everything that we played in the USSR. Everything is delicious, the portions are average in size. Draniki are tastier than in the much-vaunted Cornflowers. And serving on a shovel is just a chip!!! We took a frying pan with meat, Pancakes with mushrooms, borscht, 2 broths, 2 coffees, sea buckthorn juice. All this for three of us- we ate so much that we didn't eat until the next morning!
