A terrible organization. The qualifications of managers leave much to be desired. We started shipping the cargo (having previously agreed on everything), and halfway through the trip we were informed that the cost of delivery would be higher than agreed at the beginning. After the agreement, they "dynamited" for 2 months with crooked excuses, and then simply refused to fulfill the terms of the Contract. They said that they were relinquishing all authority and could not deliver the cargo without giving reasons. After a long correspondence and at the request of the shipper, the cargo was returned to the country of departure, to the SVH area. They also lost 2 months to reissue customs documents for a new Forwarder (provided by the Shipper). Now the legal service requires reimbursement of costs and threatens with penalties. We received the cargo through a new Forwarder, but the delivery cost was slightly more expensive. However, our Organization has suffered damage in the form of the freezing of monetary assets, as well as reputational damage that cannot be measured with money. I ask everyone who decides to work with NETTOX to think 1000 times!!!!!!! I've never seen a worse Organization!!!!!!

This is not a company, this is some kind of kindergarten ! The service is terrible, the forwarders are slow, if you want to get service and fast delivery of your goods, then you definitely are not here.
