It's a very decent hotel. The rooms are not large, but there is enough space. It feels like a recent renovation, everything is in working order, clean, tidy. A comfortable gathering area on the ground floor, tea and coffee are available. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a standard reservation, but we arrived early in the morning. The room was free and we were checked in. If they can, they always help with household issues. The only negative is that there is some kind of incomprehensible story with blankets that do not exist. The double bed is covered with a bedspread and that's it. They tried to ask for the most ordinary blankets, but it seems that they just don't have them.

It's a great hotel, the best my wife and I have ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 days, no complaints. The hotel staff was always helpful: they checked in earlier than expected, were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the opportunity to use the laundry service for a small amount, which greatly simplifies life when traveling. Separately, I would like to note the convenient location: within walking distance of the tram stop, Kadikoy marina, many restaurants and cafes (in general, this area of residence, in my opinion, is much better than Sultanahmet district). The rooms are clean and new, and cleaning is carried out every day. I highly recommend choosing this particular hotel.

Excellent NEW hotel, very satisfied with your choice. We stayed in the Superior room from March 7 to March 13, 2025. The hotel is very clean, excellent bed linen, pillows, mattresses, we slept great. The room has an electric kettle and tea accessories, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer. Coffee, tea, and pastries can be made in the lobby. The hotel has been rebuilt, this is a well-known problem (it often happens in Istanbul) As there is NO sewer smell!! There is an elevator!, it was one of the criteria of our choice. There is a terrace on the 4th floor, we rested there several times after walking. The hotel is well located - close to buses, trams, ferries, metro. Attractions - Galata Tower, Istiklal street 10 min walk, Bosphorus embankment, Galata Bridge 5 min walk. There are many cafes nearby, two supermarkets Carrefur and SOK. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff member, Zoir, and we thank him for his detailed recommendations and answers to our questions. All the staff are friendly and very pleasant. Zoir gave us his Istanbul kart transport card, which saved us a lot of time and money. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The video was made for relatives, don't pay attention to the voiceover.
