I placed an order in the app with prepaid delivery. There was a need to change the way of receiving the pickup order in order to pick up the order as soon as possible. I contacted the call center on the same day using the number from the app, but there was no result. The request is sent to a specialist who has not been able to contact me for the second day, given that I have repeatedly called the call center and asked to change the method of receiving the order and indicated the urgency of the issue. The attitude doesn't give a damn, there is no feedback, and the store is unable to promptly resolve an elementary issue.
