The free interpretation of classic dishes did not benefit. They ruined the dishes by not cooking them properly: The lasagna is burnt, but there's porridge inside. Caprese with hazelnuts and pieces of mozzarella killed the taste. Carbonara with overcooked spaghetti and beef bacon are clearly few left on the planet.
