The agency was recommended by friends. It seems that the work on obtaining visas has been done, and a package has been assembled for Schengen and the USA. But! I have not received more than one visa in fact. Attributed to bad luck) However, the agency should know (that's what they get paid for) about the pitfalls of an interview or when applying without personal presence. 1 Greek visa - failed because ( according to the agent ) I got into 5% of unlucky people. Although I think that the case was prepared incorrectly. The 2nd US Visa was preparing for questions that were not actually asked to me, but others asked. (without details, but the agency is aware of the situation and should have prepared for it) or it's reasonable to say that the chances are sooo low. In general, the result is that for both visas, the total cost is about 4,000 rubles, and there are more than one visa. Wow! I recommend it to everyone. P.S. This is the first and probably the last time I contact the help agency. Before that, wherever I went, I did the visas myself . I also got 10 times cheaper.

I turned to the travel agency for help to get a visa (good visa history, the last visa was for 2 years) indicated the period by which the visa was needed, but apparently no one paid attention to it!the passport was held for more than the promised period of 2 weeks. Although in parallel with me, people did a visa at another agency and they were given everything much faster. As a result, I was given a passport with a refusal. Because the cover letter was not written correctly. The result: the trip did not take place, you need to change your passport with a refusal, money thrown away for poorly performed services. The tour company does not make contact! I do not recommend it!
