The area itself, although located near the train station of the same name, is quite quiet and cozy. The city center and Eiffel Tower are 20 minutes away on foot, although I liked the view from Montparnasse better. There is a cemetery nearby, where many famous people are buried. From above, it looks like a large parking lot.
