The hotel is wonderful!
We checked in immediately upon arrival at 6 a.m. without waiting for 2 p.m. The staff is very friendly, there is a full, detailed answer to any question in English. Any issue can be resolved in a couple of minutes. There is a transfer to the beach, you need to make an appointment at the reception. The dishes are very tasty and varied for breakfast. We were satisfied!

I liked the hotel. The room has everything you need:tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, refrigerator, wifi. There is also a TV, but only local channels are available. I watched YouTube in my free time. The breakfasts are varied, there are juices, coffee, tea, milk or water, mineral or plain. In general, I recommend it.

Overall, everything is good, but it's certainly not 5 stars. Solid good 4.
First, the kettle was broken. Then the air conditioner turned out to be broken, which they tried to fix several times, but could not, it was inconvenient to move (they took 2 rooms side by side to make it easier to interact).
One day we came to clean at 5 p.m., we were sitting without water.
2 towels per person.
But the staff was very helpful, and they responded to requests for help. Otherwise, everything is as stated.

A great hotel, the food is quite good, varied, but dinners are better than breakfasts. The room had a mountain view, 14th floor, which also added a twist. The pool is not big, but we had a rest in February, there were not many people, you could enjoy the silence and swim in the pool alone. There was not enough animation, there was no animation at all. The beach is beautiful, there is a free shuttle service. The gym is not big, but everything is there. Sauna, hammam are not big for 2-3 people, but for free, which also pleased me. A wonderful hotel for all 5*!Comfortable and beautiful rooms, new furniture and plumbing.Room cleaning every day with replacement of towels, supplies.There is a kettle in the room.Tea, coffee, sugar, and water are replenished.Buffet breakfasts are above all praise!There are heated outdoor pools, a sauna, a hammam, and a gym available for adults and children.The staff is extremely polite, there are no Russian speakers, an interpreter to help.Wi-Fi is fast throughout the hotel.Transfer to the beach and back 10min.There is an airport nearby, but 1 plane departs from it per day, which does not interfere at all.But you can hear the sound of the minarets from the mosque, but they are pleasant.

The hotel is not a beach hotel. There is no private beach, despite the 5 stars. They are brought to the public, without umbrellas and rods. The breakfasts are the same, all 8 days. I do not recommend ordering dinners, especially in the "hot season", you will eat in a small bar, one menu of 8 items, including 3 soups and so on for all 8 days. The rooms are ordinary, the room has a door to the next room, so you can hear the neighbors as if they are nearby. The hotel is not suitable for recreation, only for business trips.

You can get there by taxi for 15 dirhams.Once I decided to walk from the beach to the hotel, where it took 1.5 hours.Only tourists walk the streets.The hotel staff is very friendly.Delicious and varied breakfasts.I definitely recommend it

We were in January 2024 - a great hotel, friendly staff and the most pleasant thing at the reception was the Russian Victoria. He will help you with everything, he will tell you. The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are delicious. The beach is not close, but there were no problems with the transfer. I recommend it!!!!

Everything is fine if you bought it a little more expensive than a Novotel.
The hotel is clean, I slept well on a comfortable bed and large pillows. A very quiet place to relax.
For me, the minus is in the pool, there is sun only from 12 to 14h. Then the shadow. Everything is clean and the water is warm. Excellent sauna and hammam, gym.
If possible, take a hotel on the first line, as the transfer to the beach is not always convenient. At the moment at 10 am there and 14:30 back. On weekends, the schedule changes, please specify. A taxi will cost 14-18 dirhams one way. Umbrella Beach didn't like it because of the dark sand. There is a toilet, a changing room with a shower and a cafe.
Khor Fakkan beach is nice, clean, there are no people, but the toilet is not working yet and taxis do not go back well.

Now about the cons :
Fujairah is full 🤭🤭🤭
It's dirty , there's laundry garbage everywhere , etc

- the staff does not understand Russian from the word at all , we communicated through a translator for seven days, they do not solve the problems , they do not want to listen!
- transfer to the sea from 10:00 from the hotel to 14:30 🕝 but this is a full circus , a crowd , a small bus , to get on the bus you need to jump over your heads or wait to leave to the sea by 2,3-im , flight , but then the desire disappears !
- the beach is terrible , dirty , garbage is lying around , there are NO chaise lounges !
- the voucher said that we had breakfast and dinner , as a result , the buffet did not work for 3 days out of seven days , we had dinner on the ground floor for the same 3 days , the food in the bar is disgusting , they cook better in threes ! Regarding the buffet every day, dinner, all the food is spicy from the word it is not possible to eat at all, they approached the staff and said not spicy ( i.e. not spicy ) food , but they have such a trick to nullify conversations, because you can't say much through a translator and you can't explain it, because they don't understand Russian at all !
- regarding alcohol , you can only drink at the bar , you can 't bring anything of your own with you 🚫 do not drink at the reception - it is forbidden , therefore if you come with a company you will either have to drink outside the hotel on the road or in the room , the pleasure is so - so ! Relax not to catch 100%
- Alcohol is not sold anywhere except at the bar, if you brought it with you, then you will be lucky.
- in order to buy something at the bar, you will have to explain through a translator for half an hour what you need , otherwise they even had a promotion for beer and pizza for 39 dirhams , but you come up they try to sell you just beer for only 40 dirhams, allegedly they do not know about the promotion since this promotion is shown in it of the bar !
- at dinner , you will not see either tea or coffee , unless for 50 dirhams in rubles 1,300rubles per cup , from this we generally sat down , they only give water !
IN SHORT, DEAR TOURISTS, EVERYTHING CANNOT BE DESCRIBED, DO NOT GO THERE, SPOIL YOUR WHOLE VACATION, THIS 2* HOTEL is no more! A beautiful wrapper with a terrible filling!

And yet - huge cockroaches are running around the first floor, which also speaks about the quality of kitchen cleaning
The shuttle does not go to the beach - you must make an appointment at the reception in advance.
If you don 't sign up, you're not going anywhere .
